Doris and Edina were wonderful to work with, very responsive and quick to resolve two minor issues we had. The interior is beautifully finished and the rental was well equipped for our two month stay. The unit was extremely clean! The major negative was the extremely uncomfortable sofa (the only seating when watching tv). The sofa is a hide-a-bed and frankly is worn out. The exterior of the rental is in need of attention. The view from our balcony was the worn out building across from us. Again, the host is fantastic and the majority of our stay was great other than the sofa.

Birthday Getaway

Great property, convenient location for all activities, pool looked great but just didn’t have an enough time to try it out. The beach was so close which was the main reason of the stay to be reunited with Siesta Key after a decade and a half! Great trip, great stay-the bed was super comfy!

We stayed for three nights and found everything great. There were chairs, an umbrella and towels available for the beach! Very clean and well kept!

Nice stay

It was a nice stay, great communication and location. The apartment was very cozy. The kitchen is small with little counter space, but well equipped. The beach chairs and umbrellas were a big plus. The only thing I would change is the mattress on the pull out sofa which was very uncomfortable.

Doris was an excellent host! She was very prompt at responding back. I was here on work and it was close to great restaurants and the beach. Very comfortable, cozy and clean. I highly recommend and will definitely be back!!

We arrived on a Sunday eve. Door code provided by VRBO was wrong. We messaged owner via app and Messanger. Thankfully, someone unlocked it remotely & owner called to provide correct code.The Unit's LR is small and not furnished for comfort. Only seating was a very dirty sofa bed, very firm to sit on. We did not use the sleeper. Area rug cheap & worn.Baseboards thruout were layered with dirt/dust, & there was mold along shower wall base. Fridge handles were filthy. wiped out all kitchen drawers/cabinets & washed all Items due to evidence that only very superficial cleaning of Unit had ever been done.The slider to balcony was missing the screen door. Found it in storage area bent beyond functionality.After stewing on it all I reached out to owner on Wed. A friend of hers contacted us (owner out of Country). Edina very responsive & offered to send cleaner & maint but we had left for day. We agreed to next day.Maintenance came Thur took the door, cleaner never came. Wasted morning. We let Edina know. She arranged for cleaner to come on Fri (they did) & said a new sofa coming on weekend. That never happened and there was NO further communication about it or the door.Cleaners did a great job. Took hours. Sofa looked new and EVERYTHING was clean! We thanked Edina & owner via messaging.Owner refunded our cleaning fee unprompted.Complex has seen better days & no evidence that anyone cares.Pool area nice. Location ok.Comfort & furnishings are college dorm level.

Thank you for your detailed feedback. I would like to emphasize that throughout your stay I remained available and responded to your messages at all times of the day. During your stay, you sent an extremely high volume of messages, and we responded to each and every one. You pointed out many small issues that can naturally occur in a short-term rental property. This is not a perfectly staged, magazine-style home, but a property where guests come and go frequently, often every few days. That said, we responded to every concern with patience and made every effort to meet your needs and address each issue as thoroughly as possible. Regarding the sofa, I would like to clarify that we purchased a brand new one—valued at approximately $2,000—specifically to resolve the issue. However, we were unable to complete the replacement because we were not granted access to the unit. During your short stay, we addressed every concern raised and truly did everything we could to improve the situation — this was the most we could do under the circumstances. I’m sorry that, despite these efforts, your experience was not fully satisfactory.

T Turquoise House

This apartment was updated decorated very cute and was clean. It had everything you could need for a few days stay although the mattress was soft it was very comfortable. The development could use some love, and the outdoor stairs are a little wonky. If need be, I stay here again.

I was disappointed in the location. It is a few miles inland (which was know ) and the complex is a little rundown. The unit itself was ok, despite the sleeper sofa being very uncomfortable for our kids and no dishwasher.

Dans l'ensemble le condo était propre, c'est un endroit tranquille et les rénovations donne un certain confort. Par contre, les tapis sont a enlever, le sofa est à remplacer, car il est inconfortable et vieux et le lit est trop mou.Pour l'extérieur, la condition du bâtiment et de ceux autour ce n'est pas invitant. Nous n'avons pas utilisé le balcon et la piscine; l'environnement ne nous donne pas le goût de les utiliser. Pour ces raisons, j'ai donné une note moyenne pour le rapport qualité-prix.

Thank you very much for your feedback — we truly appreciate it. The sofa is actually brand new, we replaced it just about a month ago. As for the bed, I completely understand your comment — mattress comfort can be very subjective. What feels too soft for one guest may feel perfect or even too firm for someone else, so unfortunately it’s difficult to find a solution that suits everyone. I’m truly sorry it wasn’t ideal for you. Regarding the balcony, it overlooks the pool area. Most of our guests really enjoy using the pool, and we haven’t had any issues reported so far, so I’m sorry to hear it didn’t meet your expectations this time. Thank you again for your feedback, and I’m very sorry that some aspects were not as comfortable as they should have been.
