This was such a great property, it was renovated to a great standard, very clean and came with everything we would need for our stay including beach chairs, umbrella and so on! The bed was very comfortable, and the complex was quiet so each night was a good sleep!! I. Couldn’t have asked for a better host, Doris was very quick to respond to any questions I had, she did everything to make sure our stay was perfect! There is a little dog park on the complex which was great for late night pee breaks! We really enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Beautiful property

The inside of this property was absolutely beautiful. It was clean, comfortable, and decorated perfectly. The outside of the property needed some upkeep, but this did not at all affect our overall enjoyment. We especially enjoyed drinking wine on the deck area.

My stay

I loved the stay there. I am down here hotel hopping for work due to the multiple areas I have to be in and I wish I could have made that my permanent spot. It is a fully stalked kitchen with a washer and dryer. It is on the smaller end but was perfect for what my brother in-law and I needed.

Nice accommodations

We loved that the location is close to local businesses as well as a short drive to the beaches, restaurants and shopping areas. Inside the unit was aesthetically appealing and comfortable. We got use of the kitchen which had general items we could use. My favorite spot was the screened patio with rockers with a conservation view. It was very quiet throughout our stay. The only major con was that it is an apartment style unit. 1. the air conditioner unit is shared within the building and smells from other units comes in. Strong smell of marijuana took over our unit each day. Management should add a quality air filter to the space. 2. Also the patio sliding glass door did not lock, a 2nd floor so it was relatively safe. 3. We didn’t use the pool during our stay as it got full over the weekend and afternoons. It looked like a decent pool area but didn’t seem too relaxing when crowded.

Thank you very much for being my guests. The apartment next door is also an Airbnb apartment, unfortunately I have no influence on what kind of guest comes there. It is high season, sometimes there are many people at the pool. I hope you come back soon :)

Wouldn’t stay again.

Overall cute place however the location didn’t seem to safe to my husband and I, we came here for our honeymoon for 1 week and we ended up going to Walmart at 10pm the night we got there because we didn’t feel safe with just the one dead bolt, the patio does not lock (which is closed in, however anything can happen) you walk in the door and get in instant smell of weed, which also comes and goes throughout the whole day. There were times the smell was so bad we literally had to leave the room. The place was poorly stocked (2 rolls of toilet paper, towels for 2 nights, and one roll of paper towel) keep in mind we were there for one whole week. I also felt as if the place itself wasn’t to clean, there was a toe nail clipping on the back of the toilet, the bed sheets didn’t smell clean or anything, so I had actually washed those myself there the night we got there. I also had talked to the girl renting the place to have a later check out time due to our flight not leaving until 9pm and she agreed however she didn’t give us a time so I had texted her at 10am letting her know we were still at the place and that we’d be there until 6pm when we planned on leaving and she told me we had to be out by 2pm due to needing to clean and others coming. This was not communicated to us so we had to cancel our plans that we had already booked to clean up everything and get out.The only pro I have on this place is being some what in the middle of all locations, lastly the pool was not heated.

I often go for a morning walk to Siesta and I am always grateful to live in this beautiful city.
I studied hospitality and I love (almost) every part of it! I work with wonderful people, cleaners who love cleanliness, handymen who come as soon as I call them if something needs to be fixed. I am very proud of my team, great people. We work every day to ensure that our guests have a wonderful holiday.
