The deck is inspected annually and deemed safe for use, however, due to its expected life span, the entire balcony is already scheduled for a full replacement prior to the summer season. We agree that this upgrade is important and are looking forward to having it finished soon! We also addressed the storage concerns you mentioned. The items in the closet and the vacuums behind the guest bedroom door were discussed with our housekeeping team and have since been corrected so that guests can fully access the space. I realize this potential guest was completely disappointed that her reservation was not finalized because she had not returned the required lease agreement. The listing States a separate lease agreement is required to finalize the reservation, and VRBO is set up to email the PDF contract automatically when a reservation is booked. Out of empathy, I spent an hour on the phone and online contacting my personal contacts in the area to see if I could find this Traveler alternative lodging accommodations on such short notice.

We are always disappointed to hear a guest felt displeased with our efforts to address issues when they come up as I always respond promptly to try to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Unfortunately, the guests did not realize the TV only provides streaming entertaining channels and not local or cable channels.
