NEW FOR 2023, CHRISTMAS LIGHTS AT THE PINES OF APPLE VALLEY!
Stay with us and enjoy our Christmas Majic from November 15th - January 2nd.

Apple Valley Guest Passes: Available to our guests for $50 flat fee per stay. The pass gives our guests use of the Apple Valley Pools, the Bennett Pond, three Beaches and Parks.

We are the perfect place to enjoy nature. With 31 cabins, we are ideal for Golf Outings, Weddings, Family Reunions, Family Adventure Weekend, or just getting away from home for a weekend.

Each cabin sleeps up to Six Guests. Three bedrooms with: King Size Bed, King Size Bed, and Two Twin Extra Long Beds.

Each cabin has;
* Three bedrooms,
* Two full bathrooms,
* A fully equipped kitchen,
* Living room with 50" large screen flat panel smart TV,
* 300mb, high speed WiFi Internet,
* 125 Channels of Spectrum Cable,
* Private deck.

We are next to the very popular and well reviewed, Apple Valley Golf Course.

Apple Valley Golf Course has a great restaurant, open for Breakfast and Lunch during season.

The Apple Valley Golf Course Clubhouse also has a 100 person Meeting Room/ Party Center, that makes this a great place for Weddings, Company Parties, Family Reunions, or Business Retreats. Call them directly for more information. Guests can walk back and forth from our property! Perfect for on site wedding groups and golfers.

We look forward to your visit and hope that this property is a regular destination for your family and friends!

Father’s Day weekend

Loved it but the outdoor indoor pool wasn’t at that location. The beach was covered in geese poop.

Hi Steven, Thank you for the review. The outdoor pool is at the facility named “Clubhouse”. The indoor pool is at “Floral Valley”, but is closed in the summer (other than rainy days when the indoor pool is open instead.) Beaches get raked by tractor regularly, but we are sorry you had an issue. We look forward to your next visit.

This would be a great rental for half what we paid for it. Would not stay again.The property looks like it hasn’t been updated since the 1980s but it is well maintained and mostly clean. The owner provided shampoo, dish detergent, plenty of towels, and the kitchen was pretty well equipped. We did see a couple of cockroaches, which was not pleasant.The pool hours pretty much precluded us from going. We were busy during the day and ready to swim after dinner but the indoor pool closed at 7. We never actually got to use it.For our purposes, this rental was way too expensive for what we got, but it is well managed and well maintained.

Quiet haven

Took our grandkids for a 5 day vacation close to home. (1 hr 45 mins). Really enjoyed our time at Apple Valley. Swimming, hiking, bocce ball, bball, beaches and golf. The kids enjoyed it all. Our condo was all we needed and very quaint. Kitchen was well equipped for all my cooking needs. Not many choices close. Be prepared to travel 15-20 if you plan to eat out. Did eat breakfast at the golf course. Excellent Try it. Condo was Clean and great location to pool and beaches. All staff were very friendly and helpful. We will absolutely be back next year!
