Tolle Lage am 16. Abschlagplatz des Apple Valley Golf Course (golfadvisor. Com 4. bester öffentlicher Platz in Ohio 2014).

Nur wenige Kilometer vom Kenyon College entfernt und perfekt für ein Wochenendabenteuer in das Amish Country. Wenn Sie auf der Suche nach einem Outdoor-Kanu-Abenteuer sind, besuchen Sie den Kokosing River, einen der natürlichen Schätze von Ohio.

Großartige Lage für ein Familientreffen, Urlaub / Ausflüge und Braut / Baby-Duschen.

Wir haben einen Billardtisch und einen Pokertisch. Eine schöne Terrasse mit Blick auf das 16. Loch des Apple Valley Golf Course und den Teich.

Das gesamte Haus steht zur Nutzung zur Verfügung. Außer einem Teil des Kellers, der für die Lagerung und das einzelne Garagentor verwendet wird. (Die Garage für zwei Autos ist verfügbar).

Perfect getaway

This house was incredible! Great outdoor space and tons of room inside for fun and games made it better than imagined. We also appreciated how well stocked things were!

Kenyon Reunion Weekend

We had a wonderful weekend at this house! We had everything we needed and everything was so nice and clean. We loved sitting on the deck and looking at the stars at night, and had fun making s’mores using the fire pit. Thanks for a great weekend stay!

Girls Weekend

We had 10 girls for our golf weekend. This house was perfect - large kitchen, lots of space for seating and plenty of beds and bathrooms. The house is beautiful and so well equipped it was wonderful!! Our whole group loved it and we may be back again next summer.

Girls Weekend

2nd time staying at this house. Location is great - looks over 16th hole of the course. Other than miscommunication with owner for check in our stay was great once we got in. We did notice that some things in the house are in need of a deep cleaning. Overall it’s a great spot and very well equipped property

Apple Valley GC

This house is the perfect spot if you are looking for a golf weekend at Apple Valley. It is just off of the course, with a nice area for a fire in the backyard and a view of a par 3. The house itself was in great condition, super clean, and a fun place to hangout. The fire area, pool table, and large living room were all perfect for a guys weekend for golf and watching football!

This was our second stay in the property and overall the house is a great fit for a group of golfers! It was clean, in a quiet neighborhood and perfect location for our needs.We had a few issues with: entrance code to front door did not work initially, but the owner provided timely code update so delay to enter the home was minimal; the A/C thermostat was not intuitive and cooling did not occur during daytime (unusually hot for mid-September); no facial tissues were evident in home. Middle bathroom was missing the TP holder (appeared to have been ripped from the mounting bracket).

40th birthday golf outing

The house was amazing! Unfortunately the weather didn't cooperate so we weren't able to golf on the course, but there was an indoor course nearby that had a simulation of the course so it was still a fun event. Back to the house, it was very clean, host was readily available to chat (and very pleasant to talk to), check-in and check-out were both simple, and there were ample things to do despite the weather! Would love to stay here again!!

Beautiful home on the golf course

Our family enjoyed a wonderful stay at this home during Family Weekend at Kenyon College. There were so many thoughtful touches: ingredients for S'mores, numerous Keurig cups, paper plates, to-go cups for coffee, and so much more. The home backs up to the golf course which is surrounded by beautiful trees (especially in mid-October). There is a swing on the porch and a hammock in the yard. We used the provided fire pit (and wood) to enjoy an evening with family. The kitchen has just about everything you would need and the beds were super comfy! It was the perfect place to spend a long weekend!

pretty and quiet

The Howard Ohio, Apple Valley area is a beautiful place to unwind and focus. The house enabled us to conduct a nearly week long business workshop in comfort, and tranquility. The house was perfect for 6 women to spread out for meetings and to have privacy as needed. The amenities are perfect for a base to rest at the house and/or take advantage of the lake and the restaurants. Apple Valley has a wonderful vacation vibe without the feeling of a tourist trap. I hope it stays that way. We will return to the house.

Golf trip for eight, 70 year olds. Initial reaction to the outside appearance caused a few to say, "Let's find a hotel!". Lawn needed mowed and bird droppings on two entryways. In definite need of maintenance! Outside seating and relaxing areas not inviting...musty cushions/bird droppings so we didn't use those areas. Inside was "okay". Would not recommend this rental for future stays. Disappointing feedback from owners.

Difficulty Getting Into House Bad Start

House was mostly what we expected; great location and large enough for eight guys on a golf weekend. But, we could not get into the house with code and process provided. We were stuck outside for hours, until a call back from our manager with garage door code. Also, asked for fire pit wood but received none.

Wonderful Stay

Perfect setting for visiting the area - nice residential neighborhood on the edge of the golf course (very beautiful). Owner was perfectly responsive and checked in to make sure everything was ok. Plenty of room, very comfortable, clean, and relaxing - everything one hopes a rental can provide. Would recommend highly!

Great Property

Excellent choice for a family gathering. Kitchen/dining/living area very open so it’s easy for everyone to hang out together. Didn’t expect it to be so interesting watching the golfers on the 16th hole.

Great family getaway

This home was very well equipped and accommodated our family very well. They had extra touches like ingredients for s’mores for the fire pit and fresh flowers to greet us. It has a beautiful view of the golf course in a quiet community. I would highly recommend this property.

Sitting on the deck early in the morning watching the sun rise above the fog and dew covered golf course is by far one of the best scenic views about this property. In addition, taking a walk to the club house to enjoy some great breakfast is very enjoyable as well.
