NEW FOR 2023, CHRISTMAS LIGHTS AT THE PINES OF APPLE VALLEY!
Stay with us and enjoy our Christmas Majic from November 15th - January 2nd.

Apple Valley Guest Passes: Available to our guests for $50 flat fee per stay. The pass gives our guests use of the Apple Valley Pools, the Bennett Pond, three Beaches and Parks.

We are the perfect place to enjoy nature. With 31 cabins, we are ideal for Golf Outings, Weddings, Family Reunions, Family Adventure Weekend, or just getting away from home for a weekend.

Each cabin sleeps up to Six Guests. Three bedrooms with: King Size Bed, King Size Bed, and Two Twin Extra Long Beds.

Each cabin has;
* Three bedrooms,
* Two full bathrooms,
* A fully equipped kitchen,
* Living room with 50" large screen flat panel smart TV,
* 300mb, high speed WiFi Internet,
* 125 Channels of Spectrum Cable,
* Private deck.

We are next to the very popular and well reviewed, Apple Valley Golf Course.

Apple Valley Golf Course has a great restaurant, open for Breakfast and Lunch during season.

The Apple Valley Golf Course Clubhouse also has a 100 person Meeting Room/ Party Center, that makes this a great place for Weddings, Company Parties, Family Reunions, or Business Retreats. Call them directly for more information. Guests can walk back and forth from our property! Perfect for on site wedding groups and golfers.

Worked for us

Quiet place to stay. Kitchen equipment in our unit was very basic, and the 3rd bedroom was only accessible by going through the master- but overall having the space plus kitchen for the price in this area worked for us.

Very nice get away

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. The condo was very nice and clean. Apple Valley is a great setting with nature all around. Very peaceful! The management was very helpful to us. My kids enjoyed the pool. We were close enough to go to Mohican during the day. We had a great get away. We will come back here again!

We absolutely loved it and getting to see the solar eclipse on our 41st wedding anniversary was the GOAT! Matt is an excellent host and maintains a clean and easy to get to property. Listing is misleading

When we booked we were charged a $50 "extra guest" fee when there were only 5 of us. The listing says "for up to 6 guests" and says nothing about extra charges for less than 6. I still booked it though. While the property itself was really great it was rather frustrating to find out after we got there that access to the pool was an extra $50. The pool was the only reason we booked this location. The listing leads you to believe the pool is part of the stay and part of the property. After calling the property manager we were given a complimentary pool pass which was very nice of them. Then we found it the pool was a 10 minute drive away. We got the kids all ready in their suits, covered them in sun screen, and made the drive. When we got there the pool was closed and the property manager has no idea why. The place was great. Very clean, very well stocked, seemed to be brand new actually, and the property manager was incredibly nice. I'm only giving 4 stars for the fact that the listing is misleading.

As we explained when you booked…our units can accommodate “up to six guests”, and our rates are based on the number of guests in your group. We do this to be reasonable for just a couple, all the way up to six guests. Our guests have access to the three beaches and two pools that are run by the Apple Valley Property Owners Association. This is an “option” and we charge just $50 to defray our costs to offer these great facilities. Thanks for noticing how nice our Cabins are! We have made lots of improvements to our property. Perfect location for Kenyon College visit.

Great location for Kenyon, shopping, and restaurants. Plenty of room for our family of 4. The house was clean and spacious. We will definitely be back.

I liked how the property wasn’t too far from the Columbus area and was pet friendly so we could easily bring our dog. I only wish it was within walking distance to the beaches and pool.

Great place!

Great communication with property owners. Extra large living room which was perfect for the dogs! Deck could use a refinish, but otherwise the perfect place far a get away! We’ll return for another stay for sure!
