This stylish beach duplex comprises 2 homes, each with private entrances, each sleeping 5 and is ideal for 2 families traveling together. It is 5 minutes by car to the sugar white sand beaches and turquoise waters of Bonita Beach and Barefoot beach, 15 minutes from Naples, Naples beaches, restaurants and shopping in one direction, and 15 minutes from Fort Myers Beaches, Lovers Key, restaurants and shopping in the other direction. There are kayaking, SUP and bike rentals right around the corner.

This newly renovated and decorated vacation home is a 2-unit duplex, each with a private entrance and patio.

Living space:
Each unit has a stylish, open concept living area with comfortable seating, including a full-size sofa bed, a large smart TV (Roku) with access to most of the popular streaming apps (don’t forget to bring your login details!).

The kitchens are well equipped for your vacation needs and include a Keurig coffee maker, a drip coffee maker, a blender and immersion blender (for those healthy morning smoothies), and toaster (please note there is no dishwasher). The dining tables in each unit, seat four.

Bedroom 1:
The main bedroom has a queen size bed, plenty of clothes storage space with a dresser and closet, a smart TV (Roku).

Back Den/office area:
This room is located off of the kitchen and has an upscale twin futon that doubles as your comfortable seating option, as well as a desk and office chair. The washer/dryer is also in this room. There is a back door that leads to the patio area from this space.

Bathroom:
Spacious and well appointed, there is a tub/shower combination, single vanity and starter supplies of basic toiletries. The linen tower holds all of your luxurious bath linens.

Outside space:
There is a large, unfenced yard with 2 cute, private patio spaces that have propane fire pits and 4 Adirondack chairs on each side for relaxing with your morning coffee or evening cocktails! There are 2 gas grills for all of your BBQ or grilling wants! We’re pretty sure this will be your favorite spot!

We know that packing space is at a premium, so for those essential Florida beach days, we have provided a cooler and beach towels along with beach chairs and a beach umbrella with anchor. (in each unit)

This home is professionally managed year-round.

Guests will have full access to the property. It is a duplex so there are 2 private entrances. There is parking for 2 cars on the either side of the driveway - 4 parking spots in total. Please do not park on the street. Thank you for your understanding on this.

We manage this beautiful vacation home for the owners and are available by phone or text anytime during your stay. There will be a comprehensive house manual at the property as well as online and we will send your check in details and directions the day before your arrival date.

This is a duplex (2 homes with adjoining wall) in a quiet beach neighborhood and only a couple of miles from the beautiful sugar-sand Bonita beaches. There are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby and places to rent bikes and kayaks.

The beaches are a couple of miles from the house. There are plenty of bike rental places nearby, as well as kayak rentals. Uber and Lyft available. There is parking in the front of the units on each side.

Pets:
We will consider hosting your furry family member (dogs only under 30lbs), but PLEASE inquire first, before booking. These are small homes and larger dogs will not be considered. There is a non-refundable pet fee. Dogs MUST be leashed at all times.

Shed:
There is a locked shed that houses the spare propane tank for the grill or fire pit. (one for each unit)
Minimum age required to book is 25

No pets without prior permission. We will consider hosting the furry member of your family (dogs only - no cats), but need to know a little about them first, so please inquire BEFORE booking. There is a weight limit of 30lbs and we will not accept any dangerous breeds or larger dogs. There will be a non-refundable pet fee of $100. Please always pick up after your pet and dispose of the bags (tied) in the general waste can at the side of the house. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds.
It is important to keep your pet leashed at all times as the backyard is NOT fenced.

This is someone's home in a quiet neighborhood, please respect the neighbors and their children by quieting music and outdoor conversation before 8 am and after 10pm

No smoking in the house or on the patio. Violation of this rule will result in an additional $250 cleaning fee

Upon arrival: Our goal is that you have an excellent stay, and we strive to provide the house in top condition for you. Please notify the property manager within 2 hours of arrival if anything appears damaged, needs repair, or cleaning. We will assume that everything is in good condition if we do not hear from you.

We understand that accidents do happen. If damage occurs during your stay, please notify the property manager immediately so we may assess and notify you of any replacement/repair charges if applicable.

Please read through the house manual provided online and at the property to familiarize yourself with the house and our expectations of guests.
