From the moment you enter the home, you will enjoy the bright, light open floor plan decorated in a beach motif. The newly renovated kitchen opens to both the dining and living room areas - perfect for entertaining family and friends. The kitchen is well stocked and comes fully equipped with everything you need to dine in or entertain your guests. Cooking, grilling, or baking, we've got you covered!

The lanai/outdoor living space is completely fenced in for the utmost privacy and is the perfect spot to escape everything and enjoy your vacation. The covered lanai area is furnished with a dining table that seats 6, an electric grill. There is no shortage of space in the pool area. Complete with sun loungers and tons of pool floats for all ages. When not in the pool, you can soak in the rays using one of 4 chaise lounges on the sun deck or grab a book and enjoy the outdoor living room area which contains a large canopy umbrella for shade. This home is truly your own private resort!

Master bedroom
The spacious master bedroom includes a king-sized bed, walk-in closet with dresser, flat-screen TV, ceiling fan and a private ensuite bathroom with dual sinks, and a walk-in shower.

Guest Bedroom 1
This room features a king-size bed, closet, dresser, flat-screen TV, ceiling fan.

Guest Bedroom 2
This room features two full-sized beds, large desk and chair, dresser, flat-screen TV, ceiling fan.

Living room -
Queen sofa sleeper, queen linens provided in guest bedroom 2 closet, Xbox with 2 wireless controllers, one family friendly game, 65" inch mounted smart TV.


Second Bath
Both guest bedrooms use a full second bath.
