We rented this home for a family wedding with a group of 14, and it worked out great. There was plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable throughout the stay. Having four bathrooms made getting ready for the wedding easy and stress-free. Alex was very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed for a special weekend. We would definitely stay here again.

This house is excellent. It served everything that we needed. The best part is that it’s so close to the beach in Mercado and quick grocery Walmart Dunkin Dunkin’ Donuts. They’re just a lot around there. It’s a prime spot.

Beautiful and very comfortable home. We were in town for a wedding and were able to fit a large group comfortably. We spent most days at the pool, but the location is great with easy and quick access to the beach, restaurants, local stores, CVS, Publix, etc. The host was very responsive and kind in all our interactions. Would definitely stay here again!

Great communication. The home is located well - close to everything on tamiami trail in north Naples. Very comfy social spaces and big bedrooms. The house was also well equipped - making it very comfy for 6 golfers on a golf trip! We hope to visit again.

The listing is not up to date. The photos shown are NOT current. The listing advertises a king bed accommodation, but it does not reflect the actual setup. The bathroom is not as shown in the app.The rental had very poor cleanliness in the common areas. We found cockroaches on the bed and inside the pool.I would not recommend this unit for future rentals. The advertising is misleading.

Thank you for your feedback. We take reviews like this very seriously, and it took us some time to carefully look into each of the concerns you raised. Since your stay, we’ve hosted 2 additional VRBO reservations, all of which were 5-star stays without any similar reports. The home is on a regular professional pest control program, including monitoring stations inside the house, and no cockroach activity has been detected by either guests or our pest control technician. Based on our review, this appears to have been an isolated incident, most likely involving a single American cockroach. Regarding the bed configuration, we also followed up directly and shared a screenshot of the listing, which clearly reflects queen-size beds. We continue to monitor the platform to ensure all information is displayed accurately. As for cleanliness, we responded immediately during your stay and offered to send both our cleaning team and property manager to address any concerns right away. Unfortunately, this offer was declined at the time. We always strive to provide a clean, comfortable, and accurately represented home, and we appreciate all feedback as it helps us continue improving.

My wife and I along with our three adult children, their three spouses and our 5 grandchildren enjoyed a great week at this VRBO. The home was very clean at check in, had plenty of space and provided for a great family vacation! The location is minutes to the beach as well as all of your shopping needs. The house was comfortable and clean. Although the lanai area needs to be cleaner and updated, many mosquitoes were able to access lanai. BBQ was only a coal bbq instead of a gas bbq. Towels need to be updated and some provided for pool use would be great.

The place was nice. The place was neat, clean and orderly upon arrival. The host was very responsive to the TV issue, though we were unable to use the TV durng our stay. The only issue was the TV in one of the MBRs was not working during our visit. It is time for new furniture in the family room and the dining room. We really enjoyed the pool. The neighborhood was great and the location is close to everything. Despite the TV not working and new furniture beng needed, I would return to this spot and still recommend it.

Great family trip!

We had a great time. Kids loved the pool!Could have used more towels so you could use one for pool and other for shower. Overall furniture has some wear living room and dining room. The large microwave was not working very well. There was plenty of dishes to accommodate 14 of us.Great location to go to beaches! Sam’s Club and Walmart were very close. We ate at Rusty’s Raw Bar that was very good and reasonably. Thank you for your hospitality!!

Perfect house and location

Our stay was fantastic! The house was very tidy and tastefully furnished. My wife enjoyed the wall colors and is eager to repainting our entrance area :-) The pool is warm and welcoming. Communication with the host was smooth and easy. Overall 10 out of 10!
