The gulf beachside deck is covered for your comfort with bonus open uncovered areas on the east and west sides of the deck for those of you who can’t wait to bask in the sunshine. Stairs from the gulf beachside deck take you to the sand below and then you’re moving on towards the water’s edge and miles of sandy beach. For the outdoor chef in your family, a gas grill is located on the gulf beachside deck.

You’ll love the well-equipped kitchen with stainless Whirlpool appliances including a French door refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, microwave and smooth top stove. You’ll find all the small appliances that make meal prep a breeze as well – Cuisinart automatic drip coffeemaker, toaster, blender, hand-mixer, crockpot, air fryer and an Instant-Pot. The dining area has a table that seats 8 with 4 additional bar stools located at the adjacent kitchen bar. A high chair and booster pad are also available for your family’s use.

Toes in the sand has four spacious and comfortable bedrooms and four full bathrooms with two bedrooms and bathrooms located on the east side of the central common areas and two bedrooms and bathrooms located on the west side. The Southeast bedroom has its own Gulf beachside deck access, Gulf beach view and is equipped with a King bed, Roku smart TV, ceiling fan, ample closet and storage space plus a private full bathroom with a spacious shower with a built-in seat. Leaving the Southeast bedroom, you’ll find the laundry area located in the east hallway. The laundry area is equipped with a full-size Whirlpool washer and dryer. Just past the laundry area is the Northeast bathroom which is equipped with a combination tub and shower. The Northeast bedroom is located beside the Northeast bathroom and is equipped with two Full/Twin bunk beds, ceiling fan and a Roku smart TV. Located on the west side of the home are the third and fourth bedrooms and bathrooms. The Southwest bedroom has its own Gulf beachside deck access, Gulf beach view and is equipped with a King bed, Roku smart TV, ceiling fan, ample closet and storage space plus a private full bathroom with a spacious shower with a built-in seat. The Northwest bedroom is equipped with a King bed, Roku smart TV, ceiling fan, ample closet and storage space plus a private full bathroom with a spacious shower with a built-in seat.

For your convenience, linens are provided. Toes in the Sand is also dog friendly. Bring your family's pet along and get some "paws" in the sand too ($100 per dog fee, limit 2 dogs).
