Beautiful Gulf 4 BR/4 Bath, High End Furnishings w/Beach Gear and 2 Kayaks!

HOUSE FEATURES: Beautiful 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom home (sleeps 13 or 15 if pack n plays are used) just 200 feet from the Gulf. With crown molding and raised ceilings throughout the house, there are 2 master suites facing the Gulf with private bathrooms, king-sized beds(new mattresses 2024) and deck front sliding glass doors. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed and bunk set with a bathroom that can be accessed from the bedroom or the hallway. The 4th bedroom includes 2 bunk sets, one having an extra trundle underneath. This room also has its own private bath. All bedrooms have room darkening curtains. Highspeed wireless internet and Dish Network is furnished in the living room and each bedroom. Master on west side also has Xfinity Livestream. The dining table seats 8 and there are 4 bar stools to accommodate everyone. The family room and expansive partially-covered deck overlook the Gulf. The spacious kitchen comes well equipped with everything you need - dishes, utensils, lots of Rubbermaid food storage containers, baking dishes, mixer, mixing bowls, measuring cups/spoons, cheese slicer, ice cream scoop, wooden kabob skewers, colanders, rolling pin, cookie sheets, pizza pan, pizza cutter, crockpot, roaster pan, blender, Belgian waffle maker, individual smoothie maker, electric juicer, seafood crackers, wine corkscrews, potato masher, steamer, 4-slice toaster, large electric griddle and both single serve keurig and regular coffee pot (no need to bring filters). Granite countertops along with stainless appliances which include refrigerator, dishwasher, oven/stove and microwave will make preparing meals enjoyable. Just off the kitchen you'll find a full-size washer/dryer and walk-in pantry. Kitchen garbage can uses 13 or 16 gallon bags; we will have a bag placed inside on arrival, but you will need to bring your own for the remainder of your stay. There is a charcoal grill and a charcoal chimney starter under the house (bring your own charcoal). BBQ utensils in kitchen. If cooking isn't your "thing" there are many wonderful locally owned restaurants and grocery services on the island.

This is a child and pet friendly home and beach!!! Rocker/power reliner for rocking babies and then kicking back to nap! Games/puzzles/toys. High chair booster seat and 2 pack'n plays included (mattress pads and fitted sheets located in each Master bedroom closet with them). Kid dishes, cups and eating utensils. Childproof door handles in kitchen drawer that can be placed on doors if desired. Latching gate on the back deck. Deck furniture includes 4 all-weather adirondack chairs, 2 high adirondack chairs with table, dining table with four chairs, couch with lounger section. Lots of space to play and make memories. The Gulf is just a few steps away - close enough that no shoes or car needed, but back far enough for peace of mind if you have small children. Enclosed outdoor shower.
All linens, throw blankets and 15 beach towels are included.

Small hand soaps and shower gels are in each bathroom.
13 gallon trash bag to start with in kitchen; bring extra for your stay.
Starter roll of toilet paper in each bathroom; bring extra for your stay.

Small dish soap at kitchen sink.
Laundry and dishwasher pods included for final run of each upon departure; bring extra for your stay.

Under house storage area filled with beach chairs, umbrellas, canopy, small plastic kiddie pool, cornhole game, boogie boards, floaties, LOTS of sand castle beach toys with beach wagon. Volleyball, soccer ball, football. Two sit on top kayaks and paddles.

7 night minimum stay (Saturday to Saturday) during peak season (end of May-August). Please ask for fewer minimum nights if desired, outside of peak rental season.

NO SMOKING - damages will be charged.
NO CANDLES - damages will be charged.

WI-FI: Wi-Fi is a courtesy service offered. Highspeed internet with great connection speeds! Internet connections on the island are generally very good, but can be spotty at different times. The owner cannot assume responsibility and will offer no refunds for outages or slow-downs that may occur. A good recommendation would be for you to bring a hotspot if internet is essential during your stay.

DISH Network is provided, but also a good idea to have your own streaming log-ins in case something isn't available that you would like to watch.


*PETS:
We are a pet friendly home and community.
There is a $150 non-refundable pet fee.
All dogs must be current on shots and under flea/tick prevention.
The island requires your dog to be on a leash at all times.

*FRESH SEAFOOD - please keep in a cooler and do not store in refrigerator.

No grilling or fires of any kind on the decks or on the beach.

No damage fee will be charged if: (including but not limited to):
No damage to the home.
No missing items.
Please let me know if something breaks - you won't be charged, but we will need to get it replaced so other guests can have use of item.
Maximum number of guests not to exceed 13 (plus 2 pack n play sized humans) unless approved by owner.
No damage deposit if property is left reasonably clean including dishes, trash.

Outdoor security cameras on property - none indoors.

If same day check in is needed, contact me and I will do my best to make it happen!

Additional Charges: Cleaning fee, Pet fee,13% lodging tax, optional travel insurance.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Guests who cancel a reservation at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. Cancellation between 30 and 60 days before check-in, a 50% refund will be issued. Cancellation 0-29 days before check-in, no refund will be issued. If there is a named storm with a projected path to Dauphin Island that makes landfall and a mandatory evacuation is issued during the dates of your stay, you will receive a refund for the unused portion of your stay. Refunds are not given due to inclement weather. Any stay, or part of a stay, that occurs after mandatory evacuation is lifted, is not eligible for cancellation or refund. Refunds or discounts will not be given due to surrounding area activity, construction and/or repairs on any other nearby properties, which may take place during your stay. Any third party action is beyond our control.
The cargo lift is NOT for guest's use and has padlocks; please do not attempt to use. Damages will be charged if used.
