Loved the apartment. Stayed three weeks. Location was good for everything. Loved walking everywhere. Great if you like to walk and explore the area. Otherwise we took the bus which is nearby and free. Also enjoyed watching the kids play soccer immediately behind us.

Good quick stay in PR

Super clean apartment and excellent communication with the property manager. It’s in the city, so noisy, but we were told that would be the case. Overall a good stay @ a reasonable price point.

Great vibe!-Just as advertised

Very clean, all as described. Two in the sofa bed was a bit of a stretch, would probably advertise as 5 people with one sleeping in sofa bed. Love the soap dispenser in the shower and the property is very appropriate. Pleasant stay.

Thank you for your feedback! I'm glad to hear that the place was clean and matched the description. Your input about the sofa bed and its capacity is valuable, and it might be helpful for the property to advertise it as suitable for five people with one person using the sofa bed. It's great that you appreciated the soap dispenser in the shower and overall had a pleasant stay. If you have any more comments or questions, feel free to let me know!

Hi Jennifer, thanks for your detailed review. For the laundry facilities the listing clearly states that they are paid at premises. We offer a $55 premium package one time payment which includes detergent and all the washes that you can do in your stay. This message was sent before your arrival. You didnt had hot water because we were changing our heating system to solar and we let you know. I invite all the guests to not miss the opportunity to stay at Casa Sagrado which is a gem in San Juan area. With high speed internet, Full house generator, Hot water and exceptionally clean units.

Family Vacation

We had a great time and it truly felt like home away from home. Claudia was a huge help and so pleasant to communicate with. Location is awesome and convenient. There was some construction that took place during our 2 week stay that was uncomfortable but we spent most of our time out and about and understood that it’s for the betterment of the property and future stays will be even better. We will definitely stay again on future trips.
