Lovely stay right on a quiet beach

This property is right on the beach. The beach is very quiet and we had it to ourselves most days. The host is very responsive in communication. We had a minor issue that needed repair and they had it fixed within hours. The location is very safe and conveniently located near El Yunque and San Juan. The local town does not have many options for dining or groceries but things are within a short 15 minute drive. Appreciated how well stocked the apartment was with beach supplies and welcoming snacks & drinks.

Malibu Beach

Malibu Beach in Puerto Rico was heavenly! The beach was private and perfect for safe swimming and small wave jumping. The condo had everything we needed with enough beds for all. Highly recommend!!

Beachfront condo

A friend and I stayed at the condo and were delighted with the place. Very clean with a lot of nice personalized touches — coffee, chocolate, snacks, bottled water, etc.Beds were clean and comfortable and bathroom had all the required toiletries and hot and cold water. Balcony looked out to the ocean and we would sit there every morning and enjoy our coffee. Host was great and in touch, responding promptly when we did have a question.

Good rental

We enjoyed using the provided beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella. The washer/dryer came in handy. Air conditioning worked very well! There is no dish washer which was surprising and inconvenient. Queen bed was very comfortable. The area is less than desirable but the grounds of the condo were gated and I felt safe. The balcony allowed for beautiful ocean view and sound of the waves.

I didn't want to leave!

I cannot say enough about this condo. It is right on the beach!! The owners have taken great care to make sure the condo was clean and inviting. Mayra had left little special treats, and the condo was supplied with plenty of necessities. The condo is perfect size. We only had three people in our group so one room was unused. The linens and towels provided were very nice quality and above what I expected. She had plenty of beach extras too, chairs, towels, a boogie board, and even a cooler. It was absolutely perfect.Mayra's communication from booking until the day we left was superior. I was worried about renting a VRBO instead of a hotel, but she made me feel so at ease, she answered all my questions before and during me trip.The beach is peaceful and honestly, we had it almost to ourselves the whole time. It was magical. We swam in the pool each evening and enjoyed that as well. The grounds do have a security guard who we saw every day and he normally stopped by the pool each evening. It was very comforting to know he was there.In the end I will quote my daughter. "When we come back to PR I only want to stay here!"Side Notes: I would suggest renting a car as most things are not walkable for the condo. But not super far by car, still worth it!! We went to a great little bakery about a mile away called Loiza Bakery, for sure check it out. They have the best and cheapest treats and sandwiches. I miss them already!

Wonderful Accommodations

Mayra and Luis are wonderful hosts. The condo is well appointed and artfully furnished. The beds were high quality and very comfortable, which was a must for me having had back surgery. Everything we would need for our 3 week stay was provided.Waking up each morning to enjoy coffee and pray time on the balcony looking over the ocean was a perfect way to start the day. There are plenty of beach chairs, coolers and beach towels. The complex has direct beach access and amazing pools.We will definitely be staying here again!

A Slice of Heaven by the Ocean in PR

The condo was clean, well stocked and overall very nice! The view and the sound of the ocean were awesome! Mayra and Louis were very easy to contact and helped us the whole stay. Excellent winter getaway

My wife, daughter and I spent a week at this condo and are already looking forward to going back! The condo is right on the beach and has amazing views and a great balcony overlooking the ocean. The complex has three pools (all in the same courtyard), and there were times we had them to ourselves! The condo itself is well-stocked with items to make your pool/beach experience great, including beach chairs and towels. There are no restaurants within walking distance, but we found lots of great, local places to eat within a reasonable drive. This place is a hidden gem!

Great safe location.

Site was right on the beach with a gate secured gate around the whole property. Felt safe during our entire visit. Our family appreciated the 3 different depth pools. Great Stay!

We felt so at home, the pictures really don't bring the coziness and functionality of this stay to life! We had everything we needed for the beach (towels, chairs, etc.), the kitchen was pretty and functional, the view was great the bedrooms were cute and comfortable for sure. We were grateful for the quick communication from the host. The neighborhood felt safe and the drive from San Juan to Loiza was vibrant and enjoyable. Just a great, comfortable stay overall!

Beautiful condo and beach!

Our family of 4 (adults plus 2 older teens) stayed here for Christmas week. The unit was beautiful and well equipped with all the comforts of home. The complex was gated and very secure, and we had the beach to ourselves. The beach was beautiful! Amazing location. I will point out that this area is a bit remote - about a 30 minute drive back to San Juan. We wanted to be away from the city, but the drawback was that we had a hard time finding places we felt comfortable eating at for dinner. If I went back, I would definitely stay here again, but I would plan more meals at home so we wouldn't have to leave our little slice of heaven to find food. All in all, I highly recommend!

Family vacation

I loved everything about the property! It’s roomy for a family, comfortable furniture, fully stocked kitchen, large bathrooms, and an oceanfront balcony. The condo community was a gated entry and there is night security. The community was quiet, most days my family was the only ones at the beach and pool. The condo is located near lots of stores like Walmart, Burlington, Marshall’s, and chain fast food. My family enjoyed driving around the island and it was easy to get back to our condo from major roads. 10/10, we hope to stay again!

Loiza/Puerto Rico 1st Visit

This was our 1st time to Puerto Rico. Well, we were in for the most amazing time and little did we know about it! The location is very convenient if you have a rental car, you are within half an hour drive of ElYunque, San Juan, Loquillo Beach and much more. Within the block Loiza Bakery serves the best coffee, breakfast sandwitches and donuts and El Verde BBQ some great food. The place has everything you need, including beach towels, chairs, toys. The condo is neat and the balcony view is everything, if we were home that was our place to get spokied by the sound of the ocean! 2 out of 3 bedroom windows oversee the water and the backyard is literally a beautiful beach. The owner is extremely responsive and kind and truly puts in the effort to maoe your stay as comfortable as possible, no rigid times to check out either. Puerto Rico thank you for the amazing memories, we will make sure to return and explore the areas we couldn't make it to this time. We ❤️ PR

Beautiful condo on the beach

The property is a condo in a gated community of condo buildings with a very nice pool in the center. It is on 2nd floor and on the beach with a beach view. It was tastefully decorated and had beach-related amenities, which was very thoughtful and appreciated. The unit was free of pests. Communication with the owner was excellent and everything worked as expected. All you need is your personal things and any food you want. There are only stairs to the unit, fyi, which was not a problem for us. We felt safe here. Parking was included. There was a king bed, a queen and 2 twins. Loved our stay and would stay here again. ❤️

Modern condo, convenient location

Our family of 5, with 3 teen/young adult boys, loved this condo. It was clean and modern. The 4 comfortable beds slept 6. AC in the 3 bedrooms was cold for the hot days. We loved looking out on the ocean in the mornings from the porch. The gated community felt very safe. The pools were nice. Convenient local food options within 10min drive. Big chain stores and restaurants 15min drive. 30 mins back to San Juan or south to El Yunque National Forest and 45mins to coffee and cacao tours. The beach was sandy and swimmable. It was nice to have beach chairs and towels. Coconuts everywhere! 10 mins to public beach for snorkeling and beach-combing. We really enjoyed this location, property, and vacation in North Eastern Puerto Rico 🇵🇷
