We had trouble getting in with the code. The instructions listed two codes but only one was needed. There were five keys on the lanyard and only two were needed which made getting in difficult a few times. The owner started contacting me at 6 am on check out day about checking out. Then she sent a rude message about respecting check out time, when we were all gone before 11 am and already at the airport. The location was very good for walking and getting to the beach. It was a short Uber drive away from Old San Juan, which was nice. For the price it worked out minus a few issues.

Apartment was perfect for us. Walking distance to a 24 hour grocery and anything else you may need. Quick walk to the beach. No car rental was needed since everything was within proximity of the apartment so thats a plus for sure. Host was helpful if we needed them and always quick to respond. I would stay here again

This lady and their group are not good guest, they unfortunately used the Vrbo policías in a bad way. There was a power outage in the city due to an incident in the energy line managed by LUMA, the national company. They call to Vrbo after we have explained the situation that was generalize and out of my hands, and they lied about the scenario facing. The power returns at the end of the day but they have insisted to Vrbo to be relocated. Above that they request and early checkin by 10am and it was granted for free by me. After that they spend 2 nights in the apartment before the incident they had requested 5 times the cash back of what was paid for 2 nights in their bank and Vrbo have accepted 5 times the cash back sterling money from my account. And at the end when I rated them badly they post all this lies as a review. Definitely, not recommended at all.

Great Stay

We arrived late on the evening and the property owner reached out to find out if we were okay. Upon arrival it was easy to access the apartment. The size and accommodations was everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. There are shops and restaurants a short walking distance. I would stay at the same location again.

Very poor VRBO. Thehad one set of keys so if you misplace or lock them in the apartment (which l did. Completely my fault. ) the owner is in Chile so there's no caretaker or anything tolet you ini was locked out from 930am till 10pm.not a good day. The owner was very slow to responding. There was a TV but was not connected to cable or streaming service. There was no hot water in any of the sinks. The bathrooms where very small and hard to move in and only had hot water in the shower. Which at the end of the week we didn't even have hot water there, so ended up getting a hotel. It gets one star because you can't do 0.

Douglas, I was sorry not to be able to help you but if you left your the keys inside the apartment and want an instant solution on a Sunday 9am is just impossible. Is no true that you were out the entire day. You let us now after noon the person responsible for the apartment was out of the city working on a Sunday, we gave you all the options like paying for the locksmith service to open the door that you closed with having the key. The same thing that you would do at your own home if this happened. As a host I can help you but losing the apartment keys has a cost Of replacement that is written in the rules house that you accept when booking. You didn’t want to pay for the service to solved your problem. Nevertheless everyone was mobilized in San Juan and You had the FREE solution THAT you wanted and you choose when it was possible… so I think that your complain is out of place since the apartment has no issue neither me that was attending your problem and asking people to help you during in a Sunday. Gratitude is something that you need to learn because this is not a hotel with 24/7 service. There are plenty of hotels with that service but it cost 3 times more per night in San Juan. Sorry but we are not offering that, because it is not possible for me and I offered an apartment well located as self-check/checkout and self-manage. Next time if you loose your key, just pay for the smart key service to fix it, and will be a 1hour problem.

Casa Mirsonia is a wonderful place to stay. Great location, steps from the beach, 24 hours supermarket, Starbucks, restaurants, etc. The apartment is beautiful and has everything.

Lovely place!

Beds are very comfortable, nice outside patio and kitchen, bathrooms (2) are small and water pressure is quite low for showers. Overall, nice stay!

This location was perfect for accessing the beach, shopping, and restaurants. If I came back to Puerto Rico, I would stay here again. Good experience!

Please beware when renting this property. It smells like mildew. This property should be shut down due to the black mold in the ceiling in one of the bathrooms. There is a constant leak from the ceiling. It drips all day. The dripping sound is annoying. There is no ventilation system in either bathrooms. One of the bathrooms does not have hot water and the water comes in sink when toilet flushes.There is rust on the shower rods, towel holders, and all the hinges in the property. The doors in the property are warped with what seems to be water damage. The unit was FILTHY upon arrival. Thick layers of dust. The floor was not swept. There were two rolls of damp toilet tissue and no paper towels. There were 4 bath towels/0 washcloths for 4 people. The laundry unit was horrendous. Hair and grime all over it. The lint trap was broken and had lint everywhere. There was no working wifi. The service was disconnected. The property owner did not respond to multiple communication attempts regarding the conditions of the unit. We attempted to call property mgt and was told she didn't speak English. We previously texted her and didn't get a response, but she answered the call and was forced to reply. She texted that she passed the information to the property owner. Still awaiting a response. Do not waste your money on this location. It needs to be shut down. VRBO needs to investigate this property. The patio was grimy and uninviting. The fridge was dirty and freezer was leaking. Horrible!

My stay at Laura's place

In general, our stay was very pleasant. Place was quiet, and had good AC. Location was very convenient. We did not need to rent a car. Check-in was easy. We appreciated the bunk beds in the second room, good closet spaces as well.

There was a misunderstanding as to how to enter property. The keys were not available. Someone was supposed to greet us but she was inside of apartment and we couldn't communicate we were waiting outside. To avoid all this the keys should have been left as first stated in lockbox. One a/c not properly cooling. Could not find extra toiletries. The area was a good area as there were many things nearby.

Parque Condo

Property was clean with adequate supplies. Two blocks from the beach. Street parking was available. Shower water pressure was weak. Very dark condo with only one operable window in the kitchen. Nice little courtyard. Power outage one day. Host communicated well.
