Our place is all about comfort, with three cozy bedrooms, a bathroom, and hassle-free street parking. Just imagine, you’re only a 20-minute walk to the beautiful Ocean Park Beach making your family trip extra special. Just a heads-up, our lovely spot is on the second floor, accessible by stairs.

Welcome! Our neighborhood is urban, diverse, and working-class—not fancy or touristy. If you’re looking for a high-end area, this might not be the right fit, but we hope you enjoy the authentic local vibe!

To help us keep providing great service, we kindly ask you to follow these house rules:

1. Energy Saving Tips
To keep costs low, please close the door and windows when the A/C is on. Don’t forget to turn off the lights and A/C before leaving the apartment—every bit helps!

2. Towel Care
Please avoid using white towels for makeup or anything that could cause stains. If a towel is stained, there’s a $10 fee per towel.

3. No Smoking
Smoking (of anything) is strictly prohibited inside. Any evidence of smoking, including odor, will result in a $300 cleaning fee. This includes traditional cigarettes, vaporizers, and marijuana. Please enjoy any smoking outside.

4. Power, Water, Internet Issues
In case of city-wide power or water outages, we’ll refund any unused nights if you choose to check out early. If you decide to stay, no discounts will be provided. For internet or A/C issues, we’ll fix them promptly, but no refunds will be given. If you prefer to leave, we’ll refund the unused nights.

5. Late Check-Out Fees
We understand schedules change, but unplanned late check-outs affect future guests and our cleaning team. If you stay beyond your scheduled check-out time without approval, you’ll be charged an additional night’s rate. Thanks for understanding!
