This stunning and new build 2022 5 bedroom / 3 bathroom (including pool access bath) villa is 2500 sq ft absolute paradise with Gulf boating. The Twins Villa comfortably sleeps 10, as well as room for your furry pet. Guests will have ample opportunities to embrace Florida sunshine, whether that be while enjoying the custom heated saltwater infinity pool and spa or taking the kayak out to explore the canal right in the backyard! The twins Villa will leave guests wishing they never had to leave. ***Note: Electricity will be charged separately for this property at the rate of $21.75 per night. The house is exactly as pictures shown. We stayed here for a week - any issue or questions we had the owners had a quick response. Would definitely recommend this home. Very comfortable beds and house was stocked with everything you need for your stay.

Very nice place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The beds were very comfortable. I would recommend beach chairs and a cooler. Definitely be quiet after 10. We were just floating in the pool and the neighbor reminded us that at 10:05. We were even being loud.

Beautiful House

This house is new and everything is clean and modern. We really enjoyed the pool and patio area. It sits on a very quiet canal and the neighborhood is also quiet and safe. The kitchen and living space were great gathering spaces. If we ever need to stay in Cape Coral again, we would definitely choose to stay with at this home.

Relaxation

We had a great time kayaking on the canal, hanging out in the pool, and enjoying the hot tub. A trip to Sanabel, and to lobster lady of course! The house is nice, quiet, and has new furnishings. I highly recommend.

Great Experience! Beautiful Home and Environment! Super Clean! Well stocked kitchen, outside grilling area was perfect, plenty of room and clean towels! The pool/jacuzzi was great! Neighborhood and canal so wonderful! Rented a boat easily docked right at the house! Any concerns or questions management very responsive for all your needs!

Beautiful house!

The listing is accurate. The house was recently built and has a great modern design. Our favorite spots were the tiki hut on the dock, the kitchen and the pool with the screen enclosure. The owners communicated well and the house was very clean. The only opportunity for improvement is that it was missing a paddle for one of the kayaks. Overall awesome house. Highly recommended!

Perfect stay for Large Group

We had a wonderful time at the Twin Villas with our extended family. The home was beautiful and fully stocked with everything we needed. Couple minor issues that were quickly resolved by owners shortly upon checkin. I woukd highly recommended both this property, and any property of these owners. They thought of everything- pool towels, pool toys, kayaks, bikes, even had books and games. Just got groceries and relaxed with the family. Exceeded all expectations.

Beautiful home on the canal

This home is gorgeous! I think my favorite thing was the beautiful heated pool that was kept really warm, along with the hot tub. Lovely sitting area on the lanai, lights around and in the pool and lights on the dock. So relaxing at night! Owner was very responsive and took care of things right away. This is a brand new home. I will be back!

Wonderful But Could Have Been Better

The property was beautiful, but the pool was dirty, and the water in the pool was very murky. We called the owner and got no reply. We then called VRBO who said they would contact the owner. Hours later the owner contacted us and said someone would come and clean the pool the next day. The next day after the pool was cleaned, we were advised we could not use the pool for several hours. The pool water still looked murky until the next day. Therefore, we could not use the pool for 2 days after we checked in because the water was dirty and murky. We only rented the home for 5 days and could not use the pool for 2 days due to it being dirty. The owner would not issue any kind of refund nor would VRBO. Be careful when renting here.

Extra greasy everything, because of the unusable dangerous outdoor kitchen grill. It obviously hadn't ever been cleaned or maintained making it very disgusting and dangerous as the gas elements had rusted clean through and allowing the gas to build up in the bottom ofgrill that when it lit it caused a minor explosion. There was so much grease from the grill all over everything on the patio deck and tracked all over the pool deck (that had weeds growing out of the pavers all over the deck) very unkempt. The grease was so thick it was being slung off the ceiling fans on the patio onto the glass doors and running down them. Also the icemaker spout in the refrigerator is full of black mold. The cleaning service doesn't clean but bare minimum. All the rugs are trashed and should be thrown out. One barn door was damaged and zip tied onto the track to keep it from falling off. The toilet handle in the master bath was broken so we had to remove the lid and pull the bar up to flush it. Neighbors spy on you from the edge of their property as we were swimming or hanging out on the dock ( which was a very nice area) just watch your step as they steps are loose and a real ankle twister and a trip hazard. I had to get to property manager over to clean up the deck to make it acceptable for us to use, and he did do much. The house was not ready to receive guest as it needs a very deep cleaning. We will not be staying in their properties again as we are not accustomed to such filth. NO GOOD!

The home was built in 2022 and to the point made by guest, the design of the outdoor kitchen could have been a little better with a hood to suck in the smoke and obviate most if not all of the settlement on the walls, ceiling and fans. Deep cleaning of walls, ceiling and fan/blades in and around the outdoor kitchen area is now a monthly circle.. This will eliminate any future buildup of soot anywhere. Mastela Vacations

Great Location, nice neighborhood, clean, owner very accessible and helpful when needed.Mattresses were extremely soft, like lying in a hole. No drawers, tiny nightstands had tiny drawers, just a single shelf and hangers in closets. One single sofa with a small chaise for seating in common area. Very inexpensive furnishings.Overall, for the price, it’s a great deal if you require 5 bedrooms.
