This spectacular home is in Southeast Cape Coral with just a 9 min boat ride to the Gulf of Mexico! Bring your boat or ask us about great rentals! With amazing water views, heated pool, Gorgeous unforgettable sunsets, you and your guests will be living in the lap of luxury during your vacation. This beautiful 3 bedroom - 2 bathroom gives you peace and comfort from the minute you walk through the front door! This home has the ability to sleep 8 with the queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Want some outdoor fun? Take the kayaks out to look for dolphins and manatee or a serene bicycle ride through any of the multiple trails we have to offer. Relax in the screened in lanai featuring an outdoor tv!

As a PET friendly home (2 Dogs allowed up to 35lbs, non-aggressive, non-shedding dog breeds with PRIOR approval, NO CATS) they can enjoy the dog run! This home will leave you wishing you had planned a longer vacation!

Summer get away

The house was in a perfect location and had everything you needed for the beach. The neighbors were amazing. Home owners take pride in their home. We would definitely stay there again.

Sun and fun

Great property, clean and enjoyable stay. Pool has max temp pf 78degrees, people should know that ahead of time, too cold if the outside temps ate cool! Hot tub was great! Short boat ride to the caloosahatchee and gulf.

The Cape Escape

In 10+ years staying at VRBO properties in SW Florida, this one ranks among the best. The house has a great layout for 6 people. The pool, kayaks, and bikes were great to have. The house is located just a short drive from shopping, the beaches of Sanibel and Ft. Myers beach, and great restaurants.

My husband chose to go to Cape Coral for his 50th birth day. We used to live there so it’s a special place. The house was exactly as described, it had all the amenities that we needed. The big kids used the kayaks and everyone enjoyed the bikes. The Versailles house was centrally located. A short limo ride to Fort Myers Beach for dinner one night. One day we took a short drive over the bridge to Deep Lagoon. That’s where we boarded a beautiful yacht for the day. The Versailles is the perfect distance to walk or bike to downtown Cape Coral. The boys golfed at three different golf courses all within 30 minutes of our stay.We definitely will be back and recommend The Versailles!
