THE SPACE
Nestled on a quiet street, our family house offers a private backyard oasis, perfect for unwinding and entertaining. Relax on the comfy sofa and stream your favorite shows on the big-screen smart TV. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials for cooking up delicious meals, making it easy to dine in and enjoy quality time together.

THE AREA
Conveniently located near shopping, Old Colorado City, Downtown Colorado Springs, and hiking trails, our home puts you close to all the area's attractions. We're happy to provide recommendations and answer any questions you have about the local area.

OCCUPANCY
Our unit comfortably accommodates up to 8 overnight guests. While you're welcome to have guests over, please note that city regulations prohibit more than 8 people overnight in the unit at any given time.

PARKING
Free street parking is available in the area for your convenience.

GATHERINGS
To ensure a peaceful environment for all tenants and neighbors, we have a strict "No Party" policy in place.

QUIET HOURS
Please observe quiet hours from 10pm to 8am, and ensure that all guests in your party respect these guidelines.

SMOKING
Smoking is not permitted in the unit. A minimum $250 penalty fee will be charged if smoking is detected during your stay.

MINIMUM AGE
Guests named on the reservation must be at least 18 years old and present throughout the duration of the stay.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Check-in time is at or after 4pm, and check-out is at or before 10am. Early check-ins and late checkouts are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

SECURITY
For your security and peace of mind, we have exterior cameras to deter package theft and prevent parties. Inside the unit, we use noise monitoring devices to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests. Please note that there are no cameras or audio recording devices inside the unit.

Guest Access:
Street parking is simple and free - just don't block the neighbors' driveways and walk on up the front stairs.

The Neighborhood:
Old Colorado City is the BEST place to stay in Colorado Springs! Close to the trails, hiking, Pikes Peak, downtown, and more!

Getting Around:
Located on the west-side of Colorado Springs, less than 10 minutes and you'll be in the middle of Downtown Colorado Springs!

Other Things to Note:
For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.

For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.

We’ve also prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.

*Pets: If you are looking to bring your dog, we allow up to 2 dogs during your stay for a fee. $100 for the first dog and $100 for the second dog (max. 2 dogs unless otherwise approved). This fee is charged after reservation confirmation.
Reasonable rules and expectations for your dogs are outlined in our guidebook.

*Unauthorized late checkout fee $20 Per Half Hour Late

*Additional fees: To ensure that we have enough time to prepare for future guests, we ask that you please message us ahead of time for pricing regarding guaranteed early check-ins or late check-outs. These additional fees are necessary to cover the expenses of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner to the schedule to accommodate your request.
