We always encourage guests to let us know if anything isn't right after check-in, which is why we reach out shortly after arrival. Had we been made aware that the towels or any household supplies were not satisfactory, we would have gladly delivered fresh towels and any additional items needed during your stay. Regarding the landscaping, Colorado experienced an exceptionally dry season, and in an effort to conserve water, we intentionally limited irrigation in the front and back yards. Since your stay, we've completed a full cleanup of the landscaping and refreshed the outdoor areas to improve their appearance. The fourth bedroom is located in the basement, as shown in our listing photos and described in the property details. Many families and groups have enjoyed it as a private suite because it offers additional privacy, while we understand that preferences for this type of space can vary from guest to guest. We appreciate your comments because they help us continue improving the home. Since your visit, we've refreshed the landscaping and completed a deep clean, and reviewed our cleaning and inventory procedures to ensure future guests have an even better experience. We remain committed to providing a clean, comfortable, and accurately represented home, and we hope future guests will enjoy everything our property has to offer.

Thank you for your feedback. We're genuinely sorry that the unexpected air conditioning failure impacted your stay. The system was functioning before your arrival, but unfortunately experienced a mechanical failure during one of the busiest weeks of the summer for HVAC service. As soon as you notified us, we immediately contacted multiple emergency HVAC companies, arranged technician visits, and worked diligently to secure the earliest available repair appointment. Unfortunately, the required replacement part could not be installed before your departure due to technician and parts availability. Although we were traveling internationally at the time, we remained in constant communication, coordinated every service visit remotely, and also sent a handyman to address the garbage disposal promptly. We understand that this situation was frustrating, which is why we understood and provided a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill, despite having no obligation to do so. We were surprised to read comments regarding cleanliness, as our home is professionally cleaned before every stay and consistently receives excellent reviews for its cleanliness. Had these concerns been brought to our attention during your stay, we would have gladly arranged for our cleaning team to return immediately, just as we offered assistance throughout your visit. We strive to provide every guest with a five-star experience, and while unexpected mechanical failures can occur in any home, we believe the true measure of hosting is how those situations are handled. We responded quickly, remained available throughout your stay despite being overseas, coordinated multiple service professionals, and did everything possible to resolve the issue under difficult circumstances. We appreciate your feedback and have since ensured the air conditioning system has been fully repaired for future guests.
