PETS: For the safety of pets and our space, animals may not be left alone. Please include all pets in your reservation—the pet fee covers deep cleaning for allergy-sensitive guests. We welcome service animals per ADA guidelines at no charge; please just let us know in advance! ESAs are not service animals and must be included in the reservation.
SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed indoors or in the garage. You may smoke outside—please dispose of butts properly and avoid smoking near open windows or doors.
QUIET HOURS: 9pm to 7am. Please be mindful of our residential neighborhood.
NO PARTIES: Parties are not permitted at any time. That said, a few visiting friends or family are generally fine—just let us know in advance. Please note that we do not accept single-day reservations from local guests or bookings from guests under the age of 25.
