The Space:

Peakstone Nest is a cozy single-level retreat that combines comfort, functionality, and warm design. From the open living area to the backyard fire pit and dedicated home office, every space is crafted for relaxation and ease.

The open-concept living area is full of warmth and charm, featuring a plush blue sectional, hardwood floors, and mountain-inspired artwork. Gather for movie nights, morning coffee, or game nights in this cozy, stylish space. Ceiling fans and natural light make it an easy place to unwind year-round.

🍽️ Kitchens & Dining

The kitchen blends function and design with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and curated open shelving. A wall-mounted pot rack keeps essentials close at hand, while track lighting and a window above the sink add brightness. The adjacent dining area overlooks the backyard—ideal for relaxed meals or takeout from nearby spots. A complimentary coffee station with pods and a curated spice rack make prepping meals feel effortless.

🐾 Pet-Friendly Details

Peakstone Nest is pet-friendly. If you are bringing a pet, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed. Please let us know ahead of time if you plan to bring your furry friends.

Includes a pack-n-play and high chair to make family travel easy and comfortable.

Front street parking is available, along with one private spot in the back off the alleyway.



Guest Access:

🔑You'll have full access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, living areas, the kitchen, and outdoor spaces. Feel free to make yourself at home and enjoy everything the space has to offer. If you have any questions or need anything during your stay, just let us know—we’re happy to help!

📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.



🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.



☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.



⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late



💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog, collected after booking. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.
