Delightful 1BR Suite at Historic Ruby Red

This 1BR Suite is in a comfortable and quiet home located in a historic residential neighborhood one mile from Bathhouse Row. It's a relaxing place to enjoy all that Hot Springs has to offer!

Completely renovated in 2020, Ruby Red is our farmhouse built in 1900 which today houses four units, each with two entrances. We've kept the original charm including the wood floors and 11 foot ceilings, while including all the modern comforts and safety features you would want.

The space: Ruby Red is a large farmhouse that has been converted into four separate units. This apartment is on the second floor and shares no walls with adjacent units. It is a large suite, with 12 foot ceilings, and large windows for lots of natural light.
Guest access
You will have exclusive use of Unit D. You will also have access to a shared foyer, laundry room, and front and rear porches.

Really great property, good for accommodating multiple parties in the same Lodge

We had a wonderful stay at the Historic Ruby Red! The property was clean, adequately stocked, and accurate with the online pictures and description. The layout of the property allowed for accommodation of multiple parties in different units of the house, and that was a really great bonus for our family! We had everything we needed and the Manager was easy to get in touch with when questions came up. It is about a 15 minute walk to the downtown area. All in all the house was great and I wish we could have stayed longer!

Quaint rental, perfect location, AMAZING price

My husband and I were looking for an affordable rental in Hot Springs that wasn’t right in the middle of things but also not so far out that we spent most of our vacation driving to and from locations. This place was PERFECT! From the moment we walked into our unit, we felt at home. All the small touches in the decor and furniture were above and beyond our expectations. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the loveseat was perfect to cozy up on while watching TV at the end of a fun, long day of walking around downtown. The little things like leaving extra toothbrushes in case we forgot ours, having large bottles of shampoo and conditioner in the shower, and even the cute makeup towels made this rental stand out from others we’ve been to in the past. Both the owners and property manager were pleasant to interact with. I told my husband this would definitely be a rental we’d be returning to upon our next visit to Hot Springs!

Ruby Red was love at first sight! We love the charm and character of old properties, but we also want updates so houses function well and have modern comforts and conveniences. We loved how Ruby Red maintained its Built-in-1900 features like the wood floors and 12 foot ceilings. And it has all updated windows, AC, plumbing, electric. And new kitchens and baths. It's the best of both worlds and we couldn't be more excited to share our house with guests on VRBO.
