Right on the water

Welcome to a beautiful condo located right on Lake Hamilton! This is a super cozy and clean 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom- perfect for small families or a couples getaway! The master bedroom has a queen and its own bathroom. There is also a pull out twin bed ottoman in the master bedroom. There is a second full bath and sofa bed in the living room. Located on a very quiet part of the lake, this condo is unbeatable with peaceful lake access right off of the main canal.

The space
Rarely can a more cozy and desirably located condo be found! Enjoy Hamilton Shores 4 that has amenities galore- This condo has a kitchen, washer, and dryer. We offer WiFi and have a Smart TV in the living room . Guests can log into their favorite streaming service and watch their shows.

Enjoy Lake Hamilton, right in the backyard of this condo, and explore all of the activities that the water may hold! Nearby marinas such as Hot Springs Marina, Salty Dog Marina, or Gregg Orr Marina offer boat rentals. Enjoy water-sports, restaurants on the water, or a nice sunset drive!

Our property is located in beautiful Hot Springs, Arkansas, convenient to popular attractions such as Historic Downtown Hot Springs, Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort, Northwood Trails, Magic Springs, Mid-America Museum, and all of the gorgeous surrounding lakes: Lake Catherine, Lake Degray, Lake Ouachita, and Lake Hamilton. There is also all grocery, shopping, restaurants and dining, and entertainment that all begin within minutes of our property!

Come enjoy a getaway with ease of access to desirable Hot Springs, and a property that is setup for a perfect stay!

The owners are amazing. They communicate well and provide more than I needed in the condo. The place is beautiful. You wake up to a beautiful lake and can even catch a gorgeous sun setting right at the condo patio. I cooked, did my laundry, never had problems with parking or neighbors. ONLY problem I have, is I wish I could have stayed longer. Thank you guys so much!!!

Had a wonderful stay. We were close to everything. Only downside was finding it at night off of a busy road. But, the stay was very nice and relaxing. Very clean and quiet.

Definitely a great view of the lake

This condo was excellent during my stay close to everything clean and very comfortable. I come to Hot Springs quite often and normally stay in a hotel but I will definitely use this condo every time I stay from now on.

Great week in Hot Springs!

We spent a week in this condo for my daughters softball national tournament & the place was so cozy with amazing lake access! My girls would play in the lake running off the dock every night after games! The host was very accommodating & was always a quick reply away if we needed anything! Definitely recommend staying if you are in town!

Great little spot

Great location, driveway is scary coming and going (can’t see anything coming into the complex). Maybe a new cleaning company would be a good idea. Almost 100% certain the bedding wasn’t washed, so I washed prior to going to bed and just in case I washed and put in dryer before we left. A few other hygiene issues but nothing that I wasn’t able to remedy and honestly not a big deal. The biggest issue was that the reservation was for 4 adults and there were only sheets in the closet, no blankets. We had to go to Walmart to buy blankets. Overall the place was good and would book again if ever in Arkansas.

Great time in Hot Springs

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Hot Springs. Particular highlights were the Garvan Gardens and our hike around the mountain. “Right on the Water” was great place to stay, it had everything that we need and the location was close to everything that we needed. We hope to return again in the future.

Our condo is the perfect set up for two couples or a family to enjoy for a weekend, a week, or longer. We have personally spent months at a time enjoying being right on the water and right in town. A small complex with only 20 units the area is not crowded with supurb views of the water from anywhere in the condo. All of that and you're minutes away from any shopping or entertainment in town you may want to partake of.
