The WiFi is fast and reliable for those visiting for work, and the private entrance has a digital lock to enter for easy self-check in.



Guest Access:

The entire apartment as well as 1 parking space on the left side of the main house is yours to enjoy. The driveway on the left side of the main house is for guests renting The Hay Loft and gustes renting The Stumble Inn at Oakwood Manor.



The driveway on the right side of the main house is for guests renting the Main house. Please do not park or use the driveway on the right side of the main house.



If you have more than 1 vehicle, it must be parked on the street. Street parking is free.



The Neighborhood:

You are just steps away from Oaklawn Racing and Gaming Casino. Downtown Hot Springs and Bathhouse Row are about 5 minutes away by car. We are just off Central Avenue which is the main drag of Hot Springs. Movie theaters, grocery stores, great restaurants, and shops are all just minutes away.

Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through my property management software. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. You will be sent a link via email and/or text to complete the verification process. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. Maximum occupancy is 2.



We require all our guests to have used Airbnb before, have positive reviews from past hosts, and be at least 25 years of age or older.
