WELCOME TO OUTERBANKS OF HOT SPRINGS ARKANSAS!! This LAKEFRONT CONDO has the most serene views of the water! This condo has everything you need to feel like you are at home!! Come enjoy a relaxing weekend with LAKEFRONT VIEWS!!!
The space
When you stay at our condo, you will have the ENTIRE place to yourself! Located RIGHT ON THE WATER, you will have a BEAUTIFUL VIEW of the lake from inside the living room and kitchen. There is a queen bed in the bedroom right as you walk in the main door There are closets in that bedroom as well. The pull out couch is located in the Livingroom where that turns into a queen bed too.

The condo is located inside a gated community. You will receive a code to the gate as a part of your check-in instructions. There is 1 designated parking spot in front of the condo you are staying in, and additional parking at the back if needed. Outer banks is located on the bottom floor so no need to climb stairs.
Guest access
We have tried to make the check-in process as simple and hassle-free as possible. The condo itself has a keyless entry...all you need is your code to the front door, which you will receive a few days before your check-in time. You will receive the code to the gate at the entry of the complex with your check-in instructions too.
Other things to note

Our condo has 2 SMART tv’s where you can watch anything you like on the TV like Netflix.

Our kitchen space is fully furnished meaning everything you need to cook and prepare meals is already in the kitchen for you! Although there is no dishwasher, guests tell me all the time how they had everything they needed to cook great meals and enjoy the kitchen space!! The condominium even has an outdoor grilling area, so we have grilling utensils and seasonings in the kitchen for you!

Not an accurate description

Overall description was inaccurate. Listing stated it was minutes away from downtown. It was 20 minutes. Description says couch was a queen size. It was double/full at best so my kids were uncomfortable. There was a leak coming out of the wall by the bathroom when shower was going. Air conditioner unit in the bedroom made a loud click and pop noise all night and kept us up. The location was beautiful and directly on the lake. The walls were very thin as it was loud next to us and above us. When letting the owner know we decided to leave a day early due to the uncomfortable conditions he was very dismissive and implied that bc nobody else complained of a leak that it was mine and my problem alone. So. It was wasted money for sure. Very disappointed in the "hospitality" and deception of the description.

Ouchita River Gem!

My family of four had the BEST time staying here over fall break. The girls (ages 8 and 10) enjoyed swimming in the river and I enjoyed watching a bald eagle catch his breakfast two mornings in a row! The condo was cute and comfortable. However, the couch folds down into a full bed (not a queen) and wasn't quite big enough for our kids to share. No problem, though, since we had brought a blow up mattress as a back up. The owners were communicative and helpful and checkin/checkout were a breeze. Though I wish our upstairs neighbors hadn't (loudly) gotten up at 5:15 am, it seems I was the only one of my family who was disturbed. Highly, highly recommend!

Perfect Getaway

My husband and I brought our motorcycles to ride in the mountains for the weekend. This was the perfect location for our stay. The condo was perfect, smelled so nice, was located in a gated area and had a nice walkway all along the lake. Cheaper than a hotel too!

Lovely Hidden History Town

The place was absolutely fantastic, with a peaceful lakeside view conveniently out of the way of downtown but a short jaunt to get to the heart of Hot Springs. Perfect in-between location whether you want to take the back way into the park or get off into the wilds around Lake Ouachita, versus going to the main strip of downtown to enjoy the baths and the plethora of gangster memorabilia shops.

Peaceful stay

This was a nice quiet location. It is a ground level condo, so there is some noise from the upstairs residents, but nothing crazy. Condo has nice modern finishes and was clean. We enjoyed our complimentary breakfast. My only criticism was there is one space heater. It was pretty chilly during our time there, so we bundled up and stayed near the heater.

Family weekend getaway

The most perfect location and the coziest condo! To be able to walk a few steps right to the water was perfect. Josh was very easy to work with, and available with all questions answered. We will definitely be back!

Relaxing location not far from area attractions.

The condo is in a great location. We stayed for 5days and it was just enough space for us. We stayed pretty busy with activities during the day so we didn’t spend a whole lot of time at the condo aside from sleeping but our sons (10 & 14) surely did enjoy fishing on the back wharf any chance they got. I like the fact that It was gated, you have that extra little sense of security. The condo was fully stocked. We had intentions of grilling but ended up not having time, so we left a bag of charcoal for the next guest to hopefully use. Only thing I didn’t realize (over sight on my part) was that the condo didn’t have its own washer/dryer. There is a laundry mat about a 1/2mile or so up the road for the resort area that we just went use. Just make sure to bring $2 in quarters for each wash/dry. Hopefully we can return to Hot Springs for a vacation and would definitely stay at this condo again.

Nice views

The location provided great views and was in a quiet and peaceful area. The only issue we had was the cleanliness. The bathroom and kitchen were not as clean as we would’ve liked upon arrival. And it seems the faucet in the shower needs to be fixed. This wasn’t a big issue but it did get frustrating trying to get the water at a good temperature. Overall we enjoyed our stay but we think more focus could be placed on cleaning between guests.

Great place by the lake

Nice, clean, and comfortable. Location was easy to find, check in was simple getting the door code from the owners, and the unit was stocked with everything we needed. They even included the first morning's breakfast as a thank you. Unit was clean. Queen bed was comfortable for two adults, and the couch could pull out to sleep two kids or one adult I'd say. Dock is right outside on the lake and is easy swimming. If you want to go into town it's only about 20 min from downtown Hot Springs, and many lakes in the area to check out as well. No complaints and I would stay here again.

Excellent value for your money, and excellent location

We liked the property very much for the peace and quiet it offered us. The decor was tasteful and the amenities were thoughtful (e.g. breakfast for the first morning, plenty of towels and cookware, etc.) The property manager was extremely prompt in responding. A couple of suggestions - check-in and check-out instructions should be proactively provided. A small gap in the bedroom window (due to the A/C vent coming in) should be fixed. On the whole, a really nice property, and highly recommended.

A Perfect Getaway

This was an absolutely perfect getaway spot! The host gave excellent check-in/check-out instructions, was quick to respond to communications, and everything was as advertised. The home is nicely updated and anything needed for convenience is there for you. Add in the fact that you are right on the water and you just can't go wrong. I loved the breakfast they provide for your first morning. I will definitely book here again.
