We will definitely see what we can do about making our arrival information more user friendly. We do also have an app that can be downloaded to access your arrival information, we find it a little easier to navigate if you are able to download it! We don't guarantee any beach amenities as we don't advertise them, but they typically make for a pleasant surprise when the owner has them there! On the other hand, we are sorry to hear that you did not have a seamless stay with us. Please note that guests are provided with a property guidebook a week prior to arrival as well as on the day of arrival with all the needed codes and information for the respective property. Please note that the community codes and code for beach as well as pool access are provided to us by the HOA of the complex. We make adjustments to the relevant guides once we receive an update from the HOA. Unfortunately, we were not informed prior to your arrival of any changes and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. We have made contact with the HOA of the complex to ensure that updates are communicated to us in a timely manner as such this should not be an issue for future stays. We also apologize for the inconvenience with the patio door and we are happy that we could resolve this during your stay. Please note that we are always here to assist our guests and pride ourselves on excellent customer service once given the chance.
