Central heat with three smart thermostats. (Located in billiard room, game room, and upstairs bedroom with yellow futon.)

There is no AC - all rooms have fans and night time temperatures are in the 50s and 60s throughout the summer months.

Washer and dryer provided in the first floor exercise room.

In the winter, enjoy snow sledding, bon fires, nights by the fire place, and the beautiful winter landscape (The lake doesn't freeze over completely in the winter since some sections are 25 feet deep. Please no not walk or do any other activities on the frozen lake.)
