Thanks Ryan for the amazing stay. The pool was a hit for the siblings when we were on a break between games at ASV. The house is so close to ASV, it made it easy to go back and forth. We even took the kids back to ASV for more pin trading with the week following us because the house was so close…gave them something to do while we packed up.

Amazing location!

We were so happy with this place. Lots of beds, pool, large kitchen. The foosball table was a hit. We were so close to the Village. Walking the property was a bonus! Thank you Ryan for the wonderful spot!

Amazing Spot!

We absolutely loved this house, it met all of our needs and was extremely close to the fields…like walkable close!! It was super clean when we arrived and Ryan was a great host!! This place is a score so if you’re kiddo is playing at All Star Village then this place is a must stay!!

Great place to stay for multiple families at Cooperstown

The home was a perfect location for Cooperstown All Star Village to be able to come back and relax between games. You never had to worry about being too far away. The pool was awesome and the set up was just what we needed for the people we had staying at the house. I would highly recommend for a group with multiple families and kids staying for ASV.

Baseball family vacation

This property is perfect for any family playing at all star village for baseball games. The kids loved the pool (it was heated and large). The communication with the property owner was excellent. There was a separate area for the kids to hang out downstairs. We will definitely stay again if we visit Cooperstown!

Perfect stay for our 2 baseball families

Booked this house as soon as we found out our week for the all star village tournament. So glad we did! It was the perfect size for 2 families (4 adults, 3 young kids) it was so close to all star village which was definitely a bonus for that 7:30am game!! It was great to have a pool on site as well- kids loved it. One random thing came up with the pool, Nothing more, we really were only mentioning so went was aware before the next guests but he was there within 30 min of me texting him to check it out. A++++ host!! Thank you for a great stay!

Perfect House for All Star Village

We rented this house while our boys played at CASV. The location is absolutely amazing - just a couple mins down the road. We had plenty of space to spread out and the pool was the perfect end to a day on the ball fields. The house was exactly as pictured with lots of essentials included. Ryan was easy to communicate with and super attentive. I will be renting again in three years…highly recommend!

Great House Great Location!

Thank you Ryan for a nice week. The house was very clean, comfortable and the property is beautiful! The pool was big and heated as promised. Our son played in AllStar Village and the house is 2 min away!!! So convenient to run back in between games. Ryan was available for questions and a few minor things. Would 100% recommend !!!!!

All Star Property

Ryan’s property be any family’s #1 option when visiting the All Star Village for the 12U baseball tournament. I got lucky finding this property less than 2 weeks before my recent visit. Could not have been more convenient. Some other families made the mistake of staying in Cooperstown - which is a winding 30 minute drive. I could have walked to the fields. Home itself was meticulous. Beautiful pool and outdoor spaces. Lovely lawn. All the modern amenities. Smart TVs… new appliances. And those starry skies, sunrises and sunsets. My wife regrets not making the trip with me Thanks Ryan

Great stay!

We had a great stay at this home. Ryan was an excellent host and always so responsive. The home was very comfortable for our entire family with a gorgeous pool as a bonus. We had everything we needed for a wonderful week and you simply cannot beat the location - so close to All Star Village! The best!

Perfect peaceful getaway

This is our third time staying here and my family loves it so much! The house is well appointed with everything you need and very inviting upon arrival. My family enjoyed lots of fun pool time and enjoying the gorgeous sunsets from the decks as well as star gazing in the spacious yard. So many memories were made and everyone always wants to go back every summer! Ryan is very responsive and helpful if any questions come up--can't say enough great things about this house!

Fabulous week during week #11 at ASV

We just got home from a 6 night stay at this awesome house. We were 2 families staying there while our 12 year olds and husbands (coaches) bunked at the ASV. The pool is just awesome. The house is so close to the ASV that all the siblings stopped by for a swim between games. The pool and all the rooms in the house are bigger than the website leads you to believe. We had a team party with all the families one afternoon and the house was perfect. The house has a comfortable couch, comfortable beds, great wi-fi, comfy beds, nice bathrooms, tons of towels, everything you need to cook, clean, do laundry, and entertain. Outdoor deck space and the views of the sunset were gorgeous. Lots of chairs, lots of room to sit and relax. This might be the BEST house we have ever rented through VRBO/ Air BNB. The owners were really nice, responded within hours to all of my questions. We had the best time here. Highly recommend!!!!

Came here for Cooperstown tournament and had a great time. Property is less than a mile from all star village. Quiet remote yet easy to get to. Ryan was great pre and post trip and I would recommend this place to anyone coming to Cooperstown
