Dieses Haus ist neu renoviert und verfügt über alle neuen Geräte und Möbel, da es komplett möbliert ist. Alle Kochutensilien, die zur Zubereitung einer großen Familienmahlzeit benötigt werden, sind vorhanden. Bettwäsche, Shampoo und Pflegeprodukte sind ebenfalls vorhanden.

Die erste Etage verfügt über eine moderne Küche und einen Essbereich, ein komplettes Badezimmer, 1 Schlafzimmer mit 1 Queensize-Bett und ein eigenes Bad sowie 1 geräumiges Wohnzimmer neben dem Essbereich.

Die zweite Etage verfügt über 4 Schlafzimmer, 1 Badezimmer und einen Waschbereich mit neuer Waschmaschine und Trockner.

Alles ist im Haus und im Garten erreichbar. Auch eine Feuerstelle im Hinterhof. Der Zugang zu den Bergpfaden zum Wandern und Wandern befindet sich direkt im Garten.

Perfect home for a week of baseball!

We were visiting the area as our son was playing at the Allstar Village in Oneonta. The host allowed us to check in a couple hours early, which I really appreciated. The home was clean, cozy, quiet and perfect for what we needed. The host even left some snacks, which our kids devoured. We loved our stay and would definitely stay again.

Great property close to CASV!

We just stayed there for CASV week 11 (7/31-8/6/24) with two other families (5 adults and 3 kids) while our boys enjoyed the week at CASV. The property was very clean, comfortable and only about 8 minutes from CASV so going back and forth was a breeze, especially for a 1:45am game!!! The rooms are good in size, beds are very comfortable and location is great. Highly recommend to any families attending CASV and wanting to be close to the facility without compromising space, comfort or location!

The best rental in Oneonta!

This home exceeded our expectations. It was spacious, super clean and had every amenity you could think of. The updated kitchen and outdoor grill were great and my kids loved the huge backyard. The location to all star village was amazing if you are in town for baseball.

Our family stayed here for a baseball tournament. The house was perfect. Very clean and lots of room. Also only 9 minutes from the field. Todd was very nice and responded to our questions quickly. If we come back next year we will absolutely be staying here again.

Baseball stay

Beautiful house on a beautiful property. Close to everything. Cooperstown All-Star Village is about a 10 minute drive and downtown Oneonta is super close as well. Not a complaint, but strange layout. Four bedrooms upstairs with one bathroom and one bedroom downstairs with two bathrooms. House had everything we needed and was very comfortable.

Perfect House!!

My family stayed at this house while my son played at All Star Village. This house was perfect in every way!! When you walk in you can tell it’s super clean and felt we “at home” right away there is not one negative thing to say! The owners answered any questions we had and were very pleasant. Very convenient to the stores and less than a 10 minute drive to All Star Village. This house is a gem and would highly recommend anyone to stay here. It’s just perfect!

Excellent location and plenty of room

We stayed here for our sons Cooperstown Dreams Park tournament. The house was about 20-25min from the park, very easy to get to. Having a Walmart so close by that you can literally walk to was soooo convenient. The house was very spacious and everyone had their own room and bathroom, which was very nice. The backyard was big and my younger son enjoyed playing with the whiffle ball bats that were provided at the house. Would definitely stay here again if we ever return to Cooperstown.

Spent the week here for Cooperstown All Star baseball. So easy and close, clean, well appointed, super responsive, and a pleasure to come back to after a day at the fields. Beds were very comfortable, and the house has an attention to detail that was much appreciated. Cheers!

We will be back!

Our family absolutely loved staying here!! Such a beautiful, spacious and clean home! The best part was it’s proximity to All-Star Village. We loved being able to come back and forth between games. Our family had a wonderful stay at the Hartman’s home. We were out for our son’s Cooperstown tournament at All Star village which was a short 11 minute drive (2 exits on the highway). AC and fast WiFi were huge during a warm week (I would bring box fans next time for 2nd floor). Having Walmart a nine iron distance away was also great for any last minute grocery/supply needs. Late nigh Taco Bell runs were an added bonus.

Baseball Tournament

My family stumbled across this gem when searching for a place to stay during the Cooperstown baseball tournament. We played at All Star Village and this was the perfect distance being under 10 minutes away. The boys even had a good chunk of the evening off that the whole team came over for a few hours to enjoy our rental by playing wiffle ball in the backyard! Amazing hosts and would recommend this home to everyone!

We stayed here for our week at All Star Village and the house was a perfect location for that. Big yard, comfortable beds, nice size kitchen, and very clean. Great having new washer and dryer handy. Very simple process for check-in.

Baseball Convenience!!!

This property was PERFECT! Not to mention the owners were great to work with! The first time we were in "Cooperstown" for baseball we stayed at a property that was roughly 20 miles from the ASV fields. My family lives 20 miles from us (about a 25 minute commute back home). HOWEVER, with the curves of the backroads in NY, lack of street lighting and multiple downpours the 20 miles was more like a 45 minute commute. I'm telling you, that is NOT enough time to get you (or your kid) back to the house, fed, rested and ready to had back to the fields again for more baseball -- and trust me, the downtime between games can be super random and after climbing all the hills, you will be wanting a cat nap!! THIS location was amazing! My family would leave All Star Village, at random times throughout the day/evening, and literally 8 minutes later, we were pulling into the driveway. Downtown Oneonta is very close by (2 min drive -- you could walk but the streets are busy) and offers a nice variety of food options. We found a park near downtown that allowed some of us some exercise in the mornings. Walmart is "across the street", but with the dense trees and slightly higher elevation of the house it was invisible to us. We did "walk the path" and grab some last minute items, and to drive it was only about 5 min -- as you needed to go around the trees to the main drag. The house was SO CLEAN and decorated super cute. Beautiful home

We chose this property because of the close proximity to CASV and it appeared clean and newly updated. The property did not disappoint. It was a short drive to the village-no more than 10mins. We stayed with a couple baseball families and the house fit us perfectly. Todd and Kathleen were a pleasure to work with, always responding in a timely manner. I would recommend this property. Also love the big spacious yard. Wish we could have enjoyed it a little more, but we were on the go a lot.
