Nestled within one of Mammoth's loveliest residential areas, this fully remodeled, 2-bedroom plus loft, 3 full bath, is situated a block from Canyon Lodge.
Warm and spacious, this townhome offers a contemporary open concept living area with plenty of seating for the entire family, including a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, and a Samsung 58 Inch Flat Screen Smart TV. You'll feel right at home as you relax in front of the wood burning fireplace (firewood provided). From the living room and kitchen you can view the gondola overhead and also amazing forest views.
The modern and brand new remodeled kitchen features quartz countertops, stainless appliances and a dining table with seating for up to 7 plus an additional 3 stools at the kitchen counter/bar. For those times you don't want to cook, you are just a few steps away from Mammoth's famous Austria Hof restaurant, and just blocks from The Village at Mammoth, and its numerous restaurants, shops and activities. At day's end, curl up in comfort in either of 2 identical master bedrooms on the first floor, each offering an en-suite bath, King Bed, and Samsung 50 Inch Flat Screen Smart TV. Your additional guests or kids will have plenty of space in the oversized loft, with a bunk bed (Full over Queen) and its own full bathroom.
