ORT! Wir haben eines der GRÖSSTEN 3-Bett / 4-Bad-Stadthäuser IN MAMMUT. Dieses geräumige und luxuriöse 2500 Quadratmeter große Stadthaus bietet Platz für bis zu 10 Personen und ist 4 Minuten zu Fuß von der Canyon Lodge entfernt (5 Sessellifte, Verleih, Restaurants, Bars und Gondelbahnen). Unser Haus ist professionell gestaltet und voll möbliert mit feinstem Dekor, Möbeln und Bettwäsche. Wir haben in der Einheit Waschmaschinen und eine Split-Umluftheizung. Die voll ausgestattete Gourmetküche bietet Granitoberflächen und Küchengeräte aus Edelstahl sowie zusätzliche Artikel wie einen Keurig und einen Crock-Pot. Mit zwei Wohnräumen haben Kinder und Erwachsene ihre eigene Privatsphäre. Der Spielbereich umfasst einen 8-Fuß-Billardtisch aus geschnitztem Holz mit einer Tischtennisplatte. Jedes der 3 Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Bad. Sie haben Zugang zu DSL-Highspeed-Internet, Kabelfernsehen, 55-Zoll-LCD-HD-Flachbildfernsehern, einem Blue-Ray-DVD-Player und einer großen Auswahl an DVDs für alle Altersgruppen. Es gibt auch eine Videospielhalle
Maschine mit über 300 Spielen und einem Nintendo-Schalter geladen. In der geschlossenen Tiefgarage stehen zwei Parkplätze, 2 Ladegeräte für Elektrofahrzeuge und ein Abstellraum für Ausrüstung zur Verfügung. Wir haben auch Überwachungskameras in der Garage und alle Einstiegspunkte für Ihre Sicherheit. Für Sommeraktivitäten befinden wir uns in unmittelbarer Nähe zu zahlreichen Angelstellen, Radwegen, Wanderwegen und einem Golfplatz.

We had a fantastic time staying here! The location is fantastic… A quick walk to Canyon Lodge, and the covered parking with garage storage for your ski/snowboard, and covered entrance key as we got there right after a big snow (and it snowed a lot while we were there)Apple space for a big family, with lots of bathrooms for everyone to shower after the slopes (one bedroom with a steam shower, that was particularly nice after a long day of skiing) parentheses.Well stocked kitchen, coffee options (thank you!), Pool table/ping-pong, table, video games. So key to have in unit laundry.Host was very responsive to questions and checked in with us, and even brought us a welcome gift. Then, as we were getting ready to leave, they came and helped me put my chains on my car. Such a gracious host, amazing space, we can’t wait to stay here again!

The place is wonderful! It is very large with plenty of sleeping space as well as plenty of space to hang out. The beds are quite comfortable and the kitchen is stocked with pretty much anything you might need!! 10/10 will definitely return and absolutely recommend!

Great space for a large group

The condo is spacious and well furnished. Plenty of seating for dinners, relaxing and game nights. Shala is very attentive to her guests needs and easy to work with. We would love to rent this unit again in the future. You can't go wrong renting here!

Amazing experience

This is a luxury home in a perfect location. It's spacious, warm, well appointed and had everything we needed to feel right at home. Immaculately clean too. The owners could not have been kinder or more accommodating. They even reached out when it snowed to make sure we hadn't gotten stranded in the snow. We stayed for 8 nights over the winter break with our two kids, plus another couple and their two kids, and still had beds to spare. Definitely our best Mammoth vacation yet.

Our stay at this property was so special! The home has a great lay out to be shared with different families and kids ranging in ages. The home is beyond well stocked with all the things you would need for the kitchen or entertainment. It is in great proximity to the mountain and village. Amazingly Clean and Accommodating

This property was exactly as advertised and more. The pictures do not do it justice. The location is great, nice and close to the mountain and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook multiple meals. There were even 2 crock pots we used to have dinner ready for us when we were done skiing. All in all a 10 out of 10 experience staying here and we will definitely look to booking this property again.

Beautiful property. Short walk to Canyon Lodge ski lift. Short gondola ride from Canyon lodge to Mammoth village with plenty of great restaurants. Very clean and neat home. Well taken care of. Very nice furniture with comfortable bed with plenty of space for 10 adults. Comfortably couches with a great smart TV and nice gas fireplace. The home has an amazing fully stocked kitchen with every thing one would need on vacation. Also nice indoor garage under home with two parking spots. The home owner was very responsive to any questions we had. This home is highly recommended!!

Shala was an awesome host and her place is off the chart amazing. So much room for everyone - it's almost like two units (upstairs and downstairs). Awesome cabin just minutes from Canyon Lodge

Shala has a beautiful home with all the amenities you could ask for. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to serve up huge family style meals. The downstairs living room has all the entertainment you could ask for (the pool table is a big plus!) Also the cabin is just a 5 minute walk up the street to Canyon Lodge. What more could you ask for? This is my new favorite place to stay in Mammy! I will definitely be recommending this cabin to all my family and friends.

Best trip & stay in Mammoth! The house was amazing & super clean & was exactly the way it was described! The owners are awesome & super helpful & the house offered everything we needed! We normally go out to eat but decided to bring our food & cook at home & we were not disappointed. The kids loved the pool table & arcade machine! You can go sledding right across the street & walking to Canyon lodge was super close! If your looking for great customer service & an amazing very spacious place to stay look no further! Shala was great to work with. We had more snow than I’ve probably seen in my life time. The walls of snow were 20feet high coming into the garage. The snow was plowed twice a day to keep up. We had a great time, schedules changed due to weather and Shala was very accommodating to our needs. I highly recommend this property and Shala to work with.

Wonderful Mammoth Stay

We had such a great stay at this lovely home! Shala is an absolutely wonderful host and is so responsive and accommodating. Check in and out were a breeze. The house has everything you could possibly need and every detail has been thought of. Plenty of towels, toilet paper, kitchen supplies, and even complimentary wine and coffee. The house is updated and has a super fun game room for the kids. Our party of 8 had ample room. The house is a 3m drive to The Village (shops and restaurants) and Canyon Lodge, and 12m to the Main Lodge. There’s storage for all your gear and underground parking which is great for snowy weather. We loved it and would definitely return. Thank you Shala!!

Great Condo - Near Canyon Lodge

Highly recommend... This is a nice condo with open floor plans and comfortable spaces ideal for sharing with another family. It is located just down the hill from the Canyon Lodge and has covered garage parking - 2 spots (key during winter). Easy to walk to resort, but my kids are spoiled so, we shuttled them. Very nice furnishings with a great kitchen for cooking at home (high end appliances) and plenty of essential utensils. Beds are very comfortable and plenty of closet storage. One of the best parts - In back of the house there is a small forest/slope where the kids played for hours (building forts, sledding, and making a big snowman)... No need to drive around looking for areas to sled! Overall - great experience.

Mammoth Ski Trip

We had a wonderful time at this property! It is a very nice property with comfortable space for hanging out and comfortable beds for all. Master bathroom has a steam shower which my husband loved. Kitchen has lots of cookware and plenty of dishes and glassware. The kids really enjoyed the pool table and video game table. We were able to walk back and forth to the slopes but it is notable that the walk to the slopes is uphill. Not bad for adults but tougher for kids. For that reason we got a locker at the slopes for our skis/boards. We were there during the atmospheric rivers of 2023 and it was great to see that the driveway was plowed within 24h of new snow. The street is not a Main Street so it was not as well maintained as some of the other streets that lead to the mountain. Will stay again!

Comfort, Coziness, and CONVENIENCE!

Coworkers and I stayed in Shala's listing and couldn't be happier with our experience! We were extremely comfortable with how much room was in the condo allowing us to take some space or privacy when needed, but also suited us perfectly for all our communal activities such as dinner, cozy movie night, and even games! The kitchen was fully equipped with all necessary cookware from several pots/pans, down to the cheese grater! The Keurig was a time saver for those of us trying to get early ups to the ski resort, which is a short uphill walk away. I was very happy with our proximity to the resort and that I was able to walk freely to and from the mountain instead of waiting for a ride. Although I should mention the drive is practically 60 seconds to the resort! Parking for this listing was also fantastic, 2 reserved spots and a guest spot in a garage which made loading/unloading a breeze, especially in harsh weather! This listing provided all the convenience needed when traveling with a large group of people. Shala was very sweet and so easy to communicate with, couldn't ask for a better host! I would absolutely love to come back.

Best Condo in Mammoth

My family and I have done many rental properties over the years in Mammoth and all over. This condo building (the same owner owns all 3 units and rents them all out) is by far the best. First, I cannot say enough about the owners. They manage the property themselves and take the best care of their property. They are immediately responsive to questions or needs while you are here and they go out of their way to be helpful and welcoming. The location is fantastic. It is just a 3 block walk to the Canyon Lodge parking lot. The units are all set up with sleds and snow toys for kids in the underground garage. Each unit has 2 covered parking spots - clutch when you like to get to the mountain after 7am and parking is already full. One of the best benefits of this condo is that the owners are very sophisticated and clearly know the value of quality. Everything is top notch. We actually enjoy the mattresses here better than ours at home. The linens are high quality, soft and comfortable. Enjoy cooking? Every single thing in the kitchen is highest quality. So many rentals put the cheapest pots and pans they can find and good luck cooking with that junk. Here, the appliances are Viking and GE, the cookware is the kind you would want in your kitchen. The owners spare no expense in upkeep! We have stayed in each of their 3 units several times over the last 4 years. They are always immaculate. Finally, all 3 are outfitted great with classy comfortable furniture but also a game table, a pool table, ping pong table, endless board games, and big screen TVs everywhere. While i would love to keep this secret to myself so its not constantly booked, the owners are too great to not share how amazing the experience is staying in their building. Highest recommendation and endorsement possible.

Our family spends many weekends year-round vacationing in Mammoth and so we purchased a home that was and still is the largest 3 bed/4 bath available, at 2350 sq ft, and is conveniently located for our adventures. In the winter, we walk to Canyon (the best lodge in our opinion) and sometime return to the house for lunch or take the free gondola to the village for lunch/dinner. In the summer, we hike and bike the many trails that begin down our street.

We purchased this property in 2008 because it was and is the largest 3 bed/4 bath town-home in Mammoth and is only a 4 minute walk to Canyon Lodge. My husband and I bought this town home during the construction phase and finished the interior with the best fixtures and finishing for our large family's use. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
