The Space:

Embrace the rustic charm and spacious comfort of Ski Run Villa #4, a multilevel townhome designed for making lasting memories. The heart of the home is the second-floor living area, featuring a welcoming, large L-shaped plaid couch perfect for gathering after a day on the slopes. Curl up by the natural wood-burning fireplace with one of the cozy throw blankets and enjoy a movie on the 55" Samsung Smart TV. An adjacent small dining area and kitchen bar seating provide ample space for meals and board games.



The kitchen is ready for your culinary endeavors, equipped with a large wooden bar, black appliances (including a trash compactor), and both drip and Keurig coffee makers. The adjoining laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer adds convenience to your stay.



The villa's unique, multilevel layout offers privacy and space for everyone. The Loft on the third floor is a fun, dedicated sleeping and hangout area overlooking the living room. On the first floor, you'll find two more bedrooms and a full bath. With three full bathrooms—including a luxurious ensuite with a huge walk-in shower and "his and hers" sinks—getting ready is easy, even with a full house. Thoughtful touches like multiple charging platforms for devices in the main bedroom and the living room ensure everyone stays connected. Bedroom 2 (1st Floor): Twin over full bunk bed

Bedroom 3 (1st Floor): Queen bed and smart TV

Loft (3rd Floor): Full over full bunk beds and a twin bed.

Parking for 1-2 vehicles (dependent on car size) is available in the garage. Street parking is also available on a first come first serve basis. AWD or 4X4 vehicle may be required during winter months.

This home is not pet friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal's presence during your stay or post check-out, guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee.

Check-in time is 4:00 PM. Early check-in cannot be confirmed in advance, but if the property is ready before 4:00 PM on your arrival day, you’ll be automatically notified.

Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Late check-out must be requested within 24 hours of your departure and is subject to availability. Approval is not guaranteed and additional fees may apply.

Due to Mammoth’s remote mountain location, Wi-Fi and cell service throughout the area can be spotty or occasionally unavailable—this is a common experience for visitors across town.
