The Space:

Living Space

🏡 Step inside to a serene and beautifully decorated open-concept living area that connects the living room, dining room, and kitchen. Large windows flood the space with natural light and offer spectacular views of the skyline and mountains. The inviting atmosphere is perfect for relaxing or socializing with family and friends. Guests have loved the airy feel and stylish décor that make it feel like a home away from home.

🍽️ Our fully-stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals just like at home. It includes a full-size fridge, stove with oven, dishwasher, cookware, utensils, drinking glasses, coffee cups, plates & bowls, microwave oven, toaster, cooking spices, and a Keurig coffee maker. Enjoy complimentary coffee pods, tea, and creamer. We've even included Tupperware for your leftovers and all the little extras to make your stay comfortable. Guest Access:

🚪 You will have the entire main-level duplex unit to yourself, with a private entrance and exclusive access to the backyard. Enter through the front door and be welcomed by the serene decor and open layout. The lower unit is also rented to guests but has its own separate entrance and private backyard, ensuring your privacy. Guests have noted that they felt completely private and rarely noticed the occupants of the other unit.

📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.



🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.



☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.



⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late



💵 Additional Fees

Damage Protection: A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Before check-in, you'll choose one of two options:

Damage Waiver: A non-refundable fee from $25–$40/night (max $200), covering accidental damage beyond normal wear and tear, up to $500. Most guests pick this, and nothing is held on your card.

Security Deposit: A fully refundable hold from $350–$1,000. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout, typically within 7 business days.

Amounts depend on the home and length of stay. This is handled separately from your reservation payment.

Optional services like early check-in, late check-out, and extra guests can be arranged on request, subject to availability. These cover the cost of reworking the cleaning schedule or bringing in a second cleaner. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.



🏠 The second unit of the duplex is downstairs and has its own separate entrance and private backyard.



📱 We have a whole team that helps us monitor messages just in case we are out of cell service hiking or enjoying the Colorado weather!
