As you enter the first floor, the open layout blends the primary living room and dining area together for a welcoming entrance. The plush hardwood floors, tall ceilings, and fireplace add a touch of elegance to this home as guests relax and watch TV on the 2 linen couches and armchair. Host guests at the 8-seat dining table to eat or play board games before heading to the beach. The adjacent kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and an extensive kitchen island with 5 bar stools. *RVs, boats, and/or trailers of any kind are not permitted in the neighborhood and will be towed at your expense.

*Guests who are 25 years of age or younger must be accompanied by a responsible parent or guardian in any vacation rental managed by Callista by 360 Blue. We do not rent homes to those 25 years of age or younger who are unaccompanied by a responsible parent or guardian. Moreover, there must be a ratio of at least (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 for every four (4) young adults who are 25 years of age or younger.
