No Pets: No pets of any kind are permitted in Cool Your Jets at NatureWalk on 30A. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.

No Smoking: Smoking in any form (e.g. cigarettes, cigars, “e-cigarettes” or “vapes”) are not permitted in Cool Your Jets. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.

 


Golf Cart: The Golf Cart is provided to the Guest by a 3rd Party Vendor, BeachWalk Vacation Gear, LLC ("BVG, LLC"). The rental policy signed is between the Guest and BVG, LLC. Golf Cart is not owned or provided to the Guest by the Homeowner or BeachWalk Vacation Properties, LLC.

Getting Around:
Golf Cart: A golf cart is included with the rental of this home.
You MUST be 21 years or older WITH a valid Driver’s License to operate the cart!
Please observe all posted speed limits and observe all traffic laws.
Golf Cart cannot be driven on Nature Trails, Boardwalks or sidewalks.
