Beach Bliss 30A - 4BR/3.5BA Naturewalk Home on Sunset Pond - Sleeps 10 - Community Pools

Beach Bliss 30A is a 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home for up to 10 guests in Naturewalk at Seagrove. It sits directly on Sunset Pond with no street traffic in front, and two porches face the pond's fountain, ready for morning coffee or evenings with family and friends. Seaside, WaterColor and the beaches of 30A are an easy bike ride away, and six bikes are included.

The home has two primary suites, each with a king bed and a private bathroom with a soaking tub. One is on the main floor; the other is upstairs and opens to a private balcony overlooking the pond and fountain. The open living, dining and kitchen area gives everyone room to gather, and the kitchen has granite countertops, custom cabinetry and a gas cooktop.

ABOUT NATUREWALK

Naturewalk is surrounded by Point Washington State Forest, with nature trails leading out from the community. Guests have access to the Naturewalk amenities, including:

- Community pools
- Community grilling area and kids' area
- Pickleball, basketball and sand volleyball courts
- Tot lot
- Fire pit with group seating

Publix is just outside the neighborhood, and shopping and dining are within walking distance.

BEACH ACCESS

Lily Lane, a car-free nature trail for walking and biking, runs from Naturewalk to the San Juan Street public beach access. West of San Juan, the Dothan, Andalusia and Greenwood beach walkovers can only be reached on foot or by bike, so they tend to be less crowded. By car, the San Juan and Santa Clara public accesses are the closest options; Santa Clara has parking and a ramp.

Grayton Beach State Park to the west and Deer Lake State Park to the east also offer wide white-sand beaches (park entry fees apply).

TRANSPORTATION

Six adult YOLO bikes and a bike trailer are included. Golf carts can be rented through one of our preferred vendors on the Happy Stays app.

GOOD TO KNOW

- Driveway parking for 2 vehicles. Under Naturewalk HOA rules, RVs, trailers, boats and sprinter vans longer than 20 ft are not permitted.
- An exterior security camera and Ring doorbell (public view) are in place to protect the property and guests.
- Naturewalk borders Point Washington State Forest, so wildlife is present in the area.
- Fireworks and other incendiary devices are not allowed on the property.
- Beach Bliss 30A is a smoke-free, pet-free home.
