On the ground level, enjoy one of the 4 porch swings or club chairs while hanging out by the fire pit, wash off the sand at the outdoor shower, or grill your favorite grub on the charcoal smoker/grill. In the evenings the patio area will be lit by party lights programmed to come on each night. This is also where you will find the air conditioned garage with ping pong table and 60" smart TV.

Moving to the second floor and main entrance you will come upon the first of two covered balconies/seating areas with a glimpse of the nature preserve to your left. Just inside you walk into the open floor plan of the kitchen, dining and living room. The kitchen is stocked with pots/pans, cooking utensils, glassware, flatware, crockpot, blender, toaster, drip coffee maker, bakeware, storage containers, serving platers and more. The dining room has a table for 6 plus bar seating for 4 at the large kitchen island.

The living room sports a 65' flat screen smart TV with Spectrum cable, sectional sofa, rocking club chairs and a separate seating area for 2 off to the side for private or quiet conversation.

The first master suite offers a plush king size bed, full bathroom with a walk-in tiled shower and private patio access. The second master suite offers a comfy queen size bed, full bathroom with a walk-in tiled shower and patio access. The bunkroom has two sets of bunks, twin over twin. The bunkroom shares the hallway bathroom which features a tub/shower combination. For the larger groups that need more sleeping accommodations, there is a twin size rollaway bed and a full size air mattress for your use.

NOTE: We provide a starter set of toiletries in each bathroom (toilet paper, soap, shampoo and conditioner), as well as a starter set of basic household items (paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher pods, and clothes soap.

Kitchen is well equipped with basic cooking needs. food products such as spices or seasoning are not provided for safety reasons.

Guest should bring beach/pool towels. Please DO NOT take our bath towels to the beach or pool. They are to stay on the property. If they are covered in sand and/or stained there will be a cleaning/replacement fee added to your bill.

No golf cart access to the beach or town (It Is illegal to cross Highway 361)
