Welcome to Leisure Landing, a stunning 3-bedroom, 2-bath townhome located in old-town Port Aransas. It features a cozy living area, a fully equipped kitchen with a large double refrigerator/freezer, granite countertops, and all your basic kitchen needs. The two guest bedrooms are located on the 1st floor with the master suite located upstairs. Fire up the grill and enjoy dinner on the patio, where you will find plenty of room to relax and take in the fresh ocean air. The shared pool is just steps away from the patio and offers additional seating and grills. With easy access to town, shops, restaurants and the beach, you'll be able to explore everything Port A has to offer. Leisure Landing is the perfect beach getaway spot!

Great Experience

Rescue!

We had a mix up with our reservation at another property and you guys saved the day! The house was perfect for our two adults and five teenagers! Close to food, close to beach access… a great time was had by all!!!

Port A 2022 Vaca

This house was just right for our family! Loved the location being so close to the marina where we had a boat slip. Also loved being able to cool off in the pool after a fun day on the beach. Following dinner we were able to walk just down the street for ice cream! Fabulous vacation spot!! Would definitely come again!

Summer Vacay

This was the perfect spot for our family to stay for our week long summer vacation. The kids loved that the donut palace was a quick walk down the street, and the adults liked that we were able to go for a walk or run to the UT Marine Science Institute on their nature trails and out to the jetty. We had a 2 yr old that can’t stay at the beach all day so this was perfect to get back to easily for nap time and pool time. Extra bonus that there is a fenced in deck so he couldn’t run out to pool! All appliances and tv and bathrooms worked great and we never had any issues during our stay. We also used the grill out back and enjoyed the nice patio furniture as well! It felt like a home away from home! We would love to book again for next year!

We loved our trip!!

We loved every part of this house. The pool was so nice to have so close. It was like being home and having it in your own yard. The kitchen was absolutely amazing. We had plenty of towels and the warm water lasted for our entire group to shower. (We had 8 people) It was all around excellent!! We realized after we left that my husband left his AirPods. We sent a text and we were told they would have the cleaning crew look for them. I can’t believe they took time to help us and they even found them. I appreciate the time and effort made to find them. That is going above and beyond and that’s hard to find.

Luxuriously appointed condo!

This place is beautiful on the inside! Looks like it must’ve been recently renovated because everything looks brand new. Great pool outback that is shared with three other townhomes and the location is so close to all the good restaurants and bars. There is a complete master suite upstairs and a queen size bedroom downstairs along with a four bunk room and a full bathroom downstairs. We had serious appliance envy when we stayed here. They have a Wolf brand oven/stove top and a beautiful double refrigerator by some fancy German sounding name that I can’t remember. It was a pleasure dealing with the home owners. Communication was instantaneous every time and they were very accommodating. I definitely am going to make a point of planning my Port A trips around this property in the future.

Perfect family condo!

We loved staying in this condo for our family beach getaway. It had all the amenities my family of five needed. Great for little kids and big kids alike! We used the pool daily and enjoyed the close proximity to restaurants and the beach.

Great home close to everything

The townhouse is beautifully furnished and has top of the line appliances. Walking distance to several restaurants and shops. We had a wonderful family Easter weekend. The homeowner was great to work with. Would definitely stay again!
