A BRAND NEW, beautiful coastal home located close to everything Port Aransas has to offer. Just a few steps from the beach and a few blocks from restaurants and shopping. Plush, pillow top, or memory foam mattresses on every bed. Plush towels, flat screen smart TV's in every room, washer/dryer, stainless steel appliances, a fully stocked kitchen and adorable coastal decor are just a few amenities that will make you feel at home and have you looking forward to your next vacation here at Saylor's Sandcastle.

Our spacious outdoor area boasting a private pool, a gas grill, and picnic table is perfect for having a drink and relaxing with family and friends after a day at the beach. There is an outdoor shower for a quick rinse before relaxing outside or heading indoors. Your outdoor oasis awaits you at Saylor's Sandcastle.

The master en-suite bedroom offers a plush king size bed, closet, smart flat screen TV and private bath with double sinks. The guest bedroom features a queen size bed with a smart flat screen TV. The bunk room has one full over full bunk bed and one twin over twin bunk bed and also has a smart flat screen TV.

The Living Room features a queen size sleeper-sofa, loveseat, 55 inch 4K smart flat screen TV and Wii gaming system. Spacious open floor plan with large windows allows for abundant sunshine and natural lighting.

Dining and kitchen area features a large table that seats 8 with kitchen bar seating for 4. Enjoy morning coffee with an ocean view on the balcony.

Absolutely Amazing House! A

Stunning house with a great view. Very short walk to the beach and close to all the restaurants and shops. Travis was very helpful and responded quickly to all questions we had. House had everything we needed and more. The private pool was fantastic! We found our perfect house and will be booking here from now on.

Amazing Spring Break Getaway

Owner was very responsive, and everything was exactly as shown in photos. Quick walk to the beach via the neighborhood private boardwalk. The ocean view from the balcony was amazing. We can’t wait to come visit in the summer to use the private pool.

My family and I had an amazing weekend getaway stay at Saylor's Sandcastle! Our property manager Travis was great and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The kids especially enjoyed the private pool and Nintendo Wii console! We're definitely looking forward to booking again very soon!

Great place for families

This was our best trip to Port A yet. Perfectly situated... close to the town but not too close. The neighborhood boardwalk to the beach made it convenient for short visits to the water. Going back and forth for snacks or a break was easy. The owner was very responsive and helpful throughout. The house has a beautiful interior and the bunk room is great for kids/teens that want to hang out after "bedtime" - with TVs in every room for watching or playing video games.

Extended Family Vacation

We kids and grand parents had a wonderful time. You cannot be the location and it’s proximity to the beach. The home is beautiful and looks just like the picture. The swimming pool is the perfect size for kids and makes a great compliment to the beach. Loved the stay and the property owners couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful.

Perfect Location

This was the perfect house for two families with young kids. The bunk bed room was exactly what we needed, and the short walk to the beach via the boardwalk made everything so easy. The basics are all provided, and Travis was very easy to communicate with. We didn't really get to use the pool because the weather was too chilly, but hopefully next time!

Just what we were looking for!

This house was the perfect place for my family & friends to stay at for the 4th of July! The pool was a huge hit for us! Plenty of parking space for all of us. Very clean house and well kept. The owner was awesome at helping us find a location for us to park our trailer and responded quickly to any questions I had. Definitely recommend.

The place was clean and super convenient to get to the beach. Walking was great!! Or a extremely short cart ride.. The pool was a great day ender!! Drive way is a little steep. If you have a lower car be careful. Great place!! Highly recommend!! **tar at the beach was more than normal.. dawn soap and a scouring pad worked well**

The perfect beach getaway vacation with an ocean view from the front porch

We have stayed at a lot of VRBOs through the years but this one is absolutely awesome! Prior to our arrival, the owner, was very responsive to our questions and very easy to communicate with. The house is easy to find and the check-in and check-out is super easy. You can see the ocean from the front porch – that’s how close you are! The house is conveniently located to the beach within walking distance! For those who frequent Port Aransas often, the house is at Mile Marker 6 off of the Sandcastle entrance. This is a fantastic home… everything was very clean, very well appointed and stocked – it has anything you would need and more and everything was exactly as advertised (even down to strip outlets and bag clips)! The house is decorated so cute with a modern beachy theme. TVs/Internet in all the rooms are great and easy to figure out. Overall, a great place for a family vacation. A truly exceptional property providing a truly exceptional beach vacation – we wish we would come here every weekend.

Perfect First Time Trip to Port A

We decided at the spur of the moment to take a trip to Port Aransas. One daughters and SIL lives in Corpus Christi so we figured it would be a great way to visit and get in a beach trip with my other daughter and 5 yo twin grandsons. There wasn’t a lot available so I was a little nervous booking anything but this place sounded perfect and it did not disappoint! The house was spotless and very nice with a great pool that was the perfect size for the boys but big enough for everyone else to enjoy too. It was an easy walk to the beach and maybe a minute drive. Plus you can drive on the beach with a beach permit. Beach was clean and not overly crowded. Very quick and easy drive to restaurants and we didn’t need to rent golf cart to get around. We ordered delivery pizza the first night then ate at Fins Grill and Icehouse on night #2 and Jay’s Seafood & Spaghetti Works the last night. Both were delicious ! We went around 4:30-4:45 with hardly any wait time but it started filling up fast right after we got there. We have normally gone to Destin when we go to the beach but this drive was so much shorter for us and getting around was much easier plus we got to visit family about an hour away. I’m not sure how many times my grandsons said this was the best day ever so we will definitely be coming back!

Nothing beats this beautiful house, great location, with ocean view and boardwalk to the beach

We loved this place so much that we had to come back! Just like before, the property owner was very responsive to our questions and so easy to communicate with. All questions were answered with lightning speed. I can't stress enough what a perfect location this house is in. Talk about location... it's right off of 11th street, which is where you want to be in Port A. Why? Perfect for golf carting (which is the ideal and fun way to get around Port A), 11th street runs parallel to the beach and HWY 361 and close to all the action whether it is the beach, shopping, souvenir shops, convenience stores, restaurants and more. This house is located one street from the entrance to the beach if you want to drive. But, there is an awesome short boardwalk, with easy access within the neighborhood, that takes you directly to the beach! Perfect for an evening sunset stroll or an active run/walk on the beach. Also, there is no shortage of seeing the beach here - you can see the ocean from the balcony! It's perfect for sitting out on the balcony, drinking coffee in the mornings, or if you do have to take work calls (boo!) you get to do so in a peaceful and beautiful setting. The house is exactly as represented in the pictures and it still smells new! So, when you are trying to decide where to stay amongst all the different options Port A has to offer, this should be at the very top of your list - no hesitations!

We are beach lovers through and through. We've gotten engaged on the beach, married on the beach and spent plenty of time on the beach, including Port Aransas. Port Aransas has become like a second home to us. Austin is our first home, but we make the semi-short trip down to Port A every chance we get. From family trips as kids, to Spring Breaks as college students to mini vacations as grown"ish" adults now, we've made so many memories here and knew one day we wanted to make the dream of owning a beach home here a reality. So, we did. Our favorite part was decorating the house. We wanted our guests to feel as if they were at home....but at the beach. So, we truly hope you enjoy our home and Port Aransas as much as we have and can't wait to have you visit!
