Diese 2 Geschichte wurde vor kurzem aktualisiert. Das Erdgeschoss verfügt über einen großen offenen Raum mit 2 Akzentstühlen, einem Beistelltisch, einem Schrank, 2 Einzelbetten (BR3), einem Schlafzimmer und einem Bad mit einer freistehenden Dusche. Die zweite Ebene umfasst eine Küche, einen Essbereich, ein Wohnzimmer, 2 Schlafzimmer und ein Bad. Die voll ausgestattete Küche ist mit Kochgeschirr und Utensilien ausgestattet, um Ihren kulinarischen Bedürfnissen gerecht zu werden. Der Esstisch bietet Platz für 4 Personen, eine bequeme Couch, Akzentstühle und Kabel-TV mit W-LAN im Wohnzimmer. (BR1) verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett, einen TV und einen Schrank für Ihre Strandkleidung, (BR2) verfügt über 2 Einzelbetten, einen TV und einen Schrank. Diese Zimmer teilen sich ein Badezimmer mit einer Kombination aus Badewanne und Dusche. Renn Haus verfügt über einen großen eingezäunten Garten mit viel Platz für Ihr Haustier zu laufen und zu spielen und für alle zu Spielen im Freien zu genießen. Es gibt auch eine abgeschirmte Veranda und eine große Terrasse mit Holzkohlegrill für Entspannung im Freien.

5/06/19 This home has been rebuilt since the hurricane. Please check out our webpage, , to see the new pictures. It has new appliances, furniture, balcony and improved large yard. The TV has a built in guide to show you what is showing, on what channels and at what time. We hope you will come stay with us again. Life in Paradise

I messaged the property management on a daily and never received acknowledgment. The back yard had poop all over, the bottom area had a strong wet dog smell, there was dog hair all over top & bottom area beds was most upsetting, and lastly the barbque pit did not work.

Great place for families

This was an awesome place for families. We really enjoyed ourselves. The yard was huge. Not their fault, but be sure you bring your Bug Spray. The mosquitoes were huge suckers, but as big as they were on the outside. There were never any in the home. We wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend!!

It was close to the beach and to a store if you needed anything. They only thing that bothered me is that the a/c couldn't go past a certain temp. so when we had everyone in the living room or had the oven on it was way to hot! Overall a nice house!

Nice house overall

Nice house . Very hard beds and the downstairs is extremely hot in the daytime ( small window unit). The house itself was good however it’s has no dish cloths nor any wash clothes. One queen bedroom and a twin bedroom upstairs . Twin beds in the downstairs area with a separate front and back door . Not idea if your going to have small kids sleeping down there because you can’t access it without going outside and down. You can’t hear nor see what’s going on . Overall I would rate it a 7 out of ten .

Parking was a plus, we had a boat and enjoyed the long driveway so we could get it off he road!

There was a very evident smell of oil/gas in the lower unit…it is EXTREMELY STRONG! Previous reviews mentioned it as cleaning products due to Covid but it’s not that, think it’s coming from the garage, or something has been spilled in there! It’s bad! Needs to be addressed immediately! The members staying downstairs developed headaches and moved up the next night. If this issue is fixed we would gladly stay here again! The house is adorable and has a great central location!

Trust the reviews!

The property was exactly as described. Things that would’ve been better: One of the twin mattresses upstairs is not worth sleeping on. Needs replacement asap and if you do that… would be so much better with a queen or king. Sofa sleeper also needs new mattress. Better paper towels and tp and more of it. Gas grill and some outdoor games (cornhole, jenna, etc). Screen door needs replacing. Downstairs was musty as others mentioned, but expected. 2 doubles and a pull out or bunks is a must down there. Everything else was as described and very clean and stocked.

Renn House

First let me say this is a great property if you are looking for somewhere to stay with your pups. Very large fenced in yard that is perfect for your 4 legged family members. There were however, a few things that should be addressed. House needs a deep clean! Ceiling fan above the dining table (only about 4 feet above) is caked with dust - we didn’t turn it on for fear it would end up on our plates. Cutlery drawer has crumbs and is dirty - we brought our own plastic utensils so it wasn’t a huge issue for us but still…. Bathroom baseboards need to be scrubbed but perhaps I’m being to picky for the beach ;) There isn’t a spatula for pancakes but kitchen seemed well stocked with dishes and pots and pans, strainer etc. however the plate inside the microwave was missing. On our last night the AC stopped working in the middle of the night, they had portable units in each room which had to be used but they are kinda loud. AC issue resulted in staff coming out and of course our dogs barked like crazy, thankfully it was our last day so the gentlemen said they would wait until after 11 to send the AC repair company. As other reviewers indicated there isn’t inside access to the downstairs so we didn’t stay downstairs but the washer and dryer were great and it was helpful to have the walk in shower. If you are not planning on utilizing the downstairs for sleeping quarters or just hanging out I wouldn’t recommend more than 4 people for this property. All in all it was a good stay, although I probably wouldn’t stay again if we didn’t have dogs.

Peaceful getaway

Great. I had teenage daughter and her friend, with downstairs not having any interior access to upstairs, I wouldnt let them sleep down there. If I had boys it would have been great. They did love their space and personal downstairs bathroom/shower. Just not being familiar with territory couldn't let girls sleep down there by themselves.

Amazing Christmas getaway

My family traveled to Port A with our 15 yr old basset hound for Christmas. We arrived later in the evening on Christmas Eve and the checkin was done remotely. It made it so convenient. The property was better than advertised. Spotless. Kitchen was stocked for cooking and the WIFI worked flawlessly. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog and kids to play catch and roller skate on the driveway. A short golf cart ride to the beach and all other local restaurants. We had a blast and plan to stay here again! Thank you! P.S. the customer service from the property management company was top notch. There was an issue with the toilet the first night and they offered to send someone out on Christmas Eve to look at it (we were able to plunge it and didn’t end up having any more issues). They offered to move us to another property if the toilet continued to be a problem. Again, they went above and beyond, and were great! We will stay here again!

Great rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice home. Great location. If adjoined it would be perfect. Awesome yard for our dogs. This was our first time renting through LIP and we found them to be better communicators and general hosts than the other companies in Port A we have rented from.
