Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the spacious home, great location, and the amenities provided for your beach trip, and we truly appreciate knowing that you would book the property again for a large group. We apologize for the inaccuracies in the bedroom description regarding the bunk beds. We understand that this distinction is important, especially when planning accommodations for adults, and we will review the listing to ensure the sleeping arrangements are clearly and accurately represented. We’re also sorry about the condition of the pool upon your arrival and the lights on the front stairs. While we’re pleased that the pool was cleaned the following day and that our team was able to respond quickly to the AC issue, we understand that these inconveniences affected your stay. We will follow up with our maintenance team regarding the stair lighting to help ensure this is addressed promptly. Thank you again for bringing these items to our attention. We appreciate your understanding and your kind comments about our responsiveness. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you and your group back again in the future! If there’s anything else we could do to earn five stars, please let us know via your Vrbo message. We hope to host you again. Warm coastal wishes, Gulf Coast Getaways Team

Thank you for the awesome review! This house is incredible and we are glad you made wonderful memories. Hope to have you back soon -Gulf Coast Getaways

Please disregard the majority of this review. This guest was what we describe as a constant problem guest. She was not told we had a "bonus king room" that is a ridiculous statement. The house is fantastic with an unbelievable layout - this guest was not only given a reduced event fee but also a reduced additional night and yet because she overcrowded the house with to many invited guests she decides to take it out on us via this review. This guest immediately goes to our "no return" list as we went above and beyond and they were in one of Pensacola Beach's finest homes. Please take a look at the other reviews and all of our reviews when making your choice. Gulf Coast Getaways
