Dieses Haus wurde kürzlich renoviert und ist einfach wunderschön. Die Einrichtung ist sehr hochwertig. Sie werden den offenen und geräumigen Wohnbereich genießen, komplett mit einem neuen Sofagarnitur, einem großen Flachbildfernseher und einem wunderschönen Esstisch. Die verbesserte Küche ist ein Leckerbissen und umfasst Bar-Top-Sitzplätze. Dies ist ein perfekter Ort für alle zu sammeln!
Wenn der Aufenthalt nicht für Sie ist, öffnet sich der Wohnbereich auf eine übergroße überdachte Veranda und ein offenes Deck, das Ihnen sicher gefallen wird. Die Golfansichten werden nicht enttäuschen!
Dieses Haus verfügt über 7BRs, alle wunderschön eingerichtet, mit einem ist ein entzückender Schlafraum mit eingebauten Etagenbetten. Alle Zimmer verfügen über einen eigenen Fernseher für die Zeiten, wenn Sie einfach wegrutschen wollen! Natürlich können Sie sich einfach in den privaten Pool im Erdgeschoss oder direkt auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite in den wunderschönen Golf von Mexiko entführen lassen. Ob drinnen oder draußen, dieses Haus wird Ihre Strandträume wahr werden lassen!

Ein zusätzlicher Bonus ist der Park hinter dem Haus! Dazu gehören ein Basketballplatz, der auch als Rollschuhbahn dient, Spielgeräte für die Kleinen sowie eine große Laufbahn mit einer riesigen Rasenfläche.

We had a wonderful family vacation in Pensacola. The house was perfect for us. All 7 bedrooms on one floor. Plenty of living space to hang out. Each bedroom was spacious with most having a bathroom. The beautiful beach was across the street with a private path leading to it. We had 14 adults and 3 small children and everyone loved it. We hung out on the huge front deck. Only the kids used the pool as we enjoyed the beach. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Host was upfront, communicated very well and was responsive to our needs. Unfortunately not having hot water for over 24 hours was a bit much for most of our guests. Problem did get resolved and our stay was fun.

Additionally, we will personally check the mattresses and pillow situation and see if there is merit to that statement, and if so we do replace. Delightful

Location is A+ - directly across from beach access. We didn't even mind running up to the house when someone forgot something. All of the bedrooms are on the same floor but each has privacy and there are plenty of bathrooms. The sofa and some of the mattresses need replacing but neither bothered us enough to complain.

The house it was big. we fit perfect with the big crew we had. The only thing you’ll need to upgrade the pillows the mattress it was pretty rough also the laundry appliance. Need to update it. Overall, we had such a good time. The location was perfect.

Pros- beautiful home, lots of pool/water toys, pool was nice, plentiful kitchenware/utensils, AC works great, spacious, very short walk to beach, quiet neighborhood, beautiful views from porch, abundance of pillows and parking Cons- uneven pool deck with warped boards (trip hazard), limited living room seating, dryer inefficient, step on porch was trip hazard, outdoor shower was not easily accessed (made for tall persons), inadequate towel racks and swim attire drying hooks/racks, also no table on porch to sit at for meals (there was plenty of rocking chair seating) Overall a beautiful home that I’d give 4.5 stars as a rating with the trip hazards, dryer inadequacy, among a few other reasons keeping it from a full 5 stars. We loved this home and would stay here again!

A gem that needs a little TLC

Love the house but needs a little work. Floor has soft spots and boards warping up. The pool is not heated and is very cold.The picture of the beach is before they built a house in its view. Nice location but thought we were going to be on the beach. It is time to put some money back in to this property. All the women agreed that the floors were unsafe at places. The one bedroom had sparkle but not repainted. Beautiful house but needs some TLC. We all enjoyed our stay. Thanks

Thank you for the review, there are some items we need to address. This house is not advertised as beach front, so I am not sure why you thought it would be beach front. The beach is literally steps away across Ariola, a small residential road with little traffic. The house also did not advertise the pool as being heated, if that was the case it would of been highlighted. The floors in the main living area have recently been upgraded and there is absolutely no "safety" issues with the floors. Regards, Gulf Coast Getaways

Overall Really Nice Stay - Few Issues

First, the good. The house is big and has plenty of room for the family. Most of the beds were very comfortable. My kiddos loved the bunk room and the living room is perfect for the whole family. Communication and care from the property managers was excellent. The location and front deck was the best part. Things that could be better. The pool is tiny and had a 3 inch square cut in the bottom of it. The 3 small kids loved swimming - but the water levels couldn’t stay high enough, water was cold from the hose and the square let a crab into the pool twice. The adults couldn’t use it much. The house was not the cleanest. This was due to a shortage of staff. It wasn’t terrible but we did have to do a bit of cleaning ourselves when we got there. The property managers did their best to make the issues right and with some updates and better cleaning this place could get 5 stars across the board.

Thank you for the review and constructive comments. The pool liner has been repaired, we have replaced the pool liner once before and this new liner did develop a tear. It took a long time to find someone to repair, much longer than we anticipated and the rip did get worse and we struggled to keep water in the pool, thankfully it was repaired. This has been a tough year for the cleaning company we use, having to get new employees and work with less people has made it challenging, but for the most part they have been able to do a good job. The pool size is actually about average for the beach at about 11 feet by 26 feet, that is a normal pool size. Thanks again for the review and hope to have you back again soon, Gulf Coast Getaways

Perfect house for a large group

Pensacola Beach is absolutely beautiful during October and so is this house! Much more space than the pictures show, high ceilings, 7 large bedrooms, 5 full and 2 half baths and ample parking. The front porch is perfect for coffee with a view! Only complaint is that the couch only seats about six adults, thought it would be the larger one pictured online, but hopefully the current, blue couch will be replaced soon.

Seven families stayed here. It was nice to each have our own bedroom. We did have to share showers, since two of the bathrooms are only half baths. There are two refrigerators and two dishwashers, which was really nice. Location is perfect in relation to the beach. Pool area has lots of outdoor seating. A/C worked good. Improvements needed: sectional In living room needs to be replaced; lumpy, uncomfortable and worn out. Pool has mustard algae growing in it. Was not cleaned before we arrived nor during our 5-night stay. Must have a leak as we kept running water into it to just get water up to skim line. Pool deck is weathered and worn out. Back door leading to pool is extremely difficult to get shut/locked.

Loved being steps from the beach! Clean, updated, and nice. Would go back! Some maintenance needed in the future on the front deck as wood caused a couple splinters, floor soft in a couple spots.

House was huge and clean. We had 3 families with more than enough room for us all. There’s easy beach access and the house had everything we needed. Looking forward to coming down again!
