The Space:

This is a show stopping luxury vacation home! With 4,000 square feet of interior living space, 6 bedrooms + 6 full baths and 2 half baths, an immense amount of outdoor living space, and unmatched amenities throughout, you won't find many rental homes like this. Most of the home's outdoor living space has been built out around the world-class resort style pool and spa that includes a 60-foot-long water slide that twists and turns from the second story of the home into the gigantic pool below. The pool also features a large rain curtain feature. After a quick swim through this waterfall like amenity, you'll find yourself at a tranquil swim up bar that abuts the sunken living area that includes a dry bar, 3 TVs, and built in seating. It's really an amazing vibe and outdoor space. Opposite the sunken living area, but still within this pool patio, you'll find a screened lanai with an outdoor kitchen and bar, TV, dining, seating, and exercise equipment storage. This is the perfect area for your family cook out or for an outdoor dining event! At the backside of the pool there is a turfed green space perfect for lounging, or activities and exercise. Yoga equipment are provided - Bosu ball, yoga blocks, yoga mats, and tube bands. These spaces are all within the fenced in the backyard for privacy and security making it family friendly and perfect for the estate's pet friendly policy (fees and restrictions apply), and there are large outdoor fans throughout all the patio spaces for added comfort.



This 4,000 square foot home sleeps 18 people comfortably in beds. Every bedroom has an en suite bathroom for convenience and privacy! This home was built with your vacation in mind! The great room includes the kitchen and butler pantry, dining, and living areas. The elements of this kitchen truly make it a chef's kitchen and caterer friendly. It is fully stocked, and we mean that because we know how important it is to you, our valued guests! Not only is it stocked, but it's also stocked with the products and manufacturers you trust. When the food is ready, you'll have a multitude of dining options, from the exterior pool patio described, to the interior dining room, island bar top, and the balconies that overlook the pool area. With the well-appointed living and club room spaces as well, this is the perfect place to gather and enjoy time with family and friends.



Floor Plan Description (by level):



Ground Level:



The main staircase and elevator access to all levels is here, along with free parking for up to 4 vehicles (2 covered and 2 uncovered). In the garage, you'll find the beach equipment provided, 2 beach wagons, 2 coolers, 6 bikes, and 10 beach chairs. We also include a full refrigerator and freezer (with ice maker) here as well so your beach prep and breakdown, and your use of the home and pool is that much easier. The backyard area (pet friendly - fees and restrictions apply) is fully fenced and includes the resort style pool with giant waterslide and most of the amenities listed above in the initial summary, including the covered patio spaces including the screened patio and sunken outdoor living area, putting green, yoga equipment, and more.



The First Level of Living (2nd Floor):



The home features a great room on this level with the fully stocked kitchen and butler pantry that collectively include a prep sink, 6-burner cooktop with exhaust hood vent, double oven, full sized refrigerator and freezer (with ice maker), under counter refrigerator/freezer drawers, 2 sets of trash and recycling bins, 2 dishwashers, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and more. The kitchen is very well appointed with cookware, bakeware, dishware, cutlery, and specialty items like crockpots, blenders, and more. The kitchens are set up perfectly for you to host your family or to support private in-home catering services that our team can help you arrange through one of our preferred vendors for an additional cost. Additionally, the interior dining area has a table for 16, plus bar seating for 6 at the kitchen island, and balcony dining for 14 more. The living room provides comfortable custom furniture, dedicated workspace, and a media center (80 + TV) with surround sound experience. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are on this level, and both are king suites that feature a king bed, walk-in closet and built-in storage, and en suite bathroom with vanity and walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 also has a private balcony (pool view). There is a half bath, and laundry room with washer/dryer on this level.



The Second Level of Living (3rd Floor):



On this level you'll find the club room with media center (80+ inch TV), couch, dry bar with beverage refrigerator (ice maker), trash-recycling pull-out, and immediate access to a balcony with soft seating and pool views. There are also 4 bedrooms on this level, including the home's large master bedroom with a private balcony (pool view), king bed, walk-in closet and built-in storage, and an en suite bath that includes an oversized double vanity, large shower with free-standing bathtub, and a water closet. Bedrooms 4 and 5 are king suites that feature a king bed, walk-in closet and built-in storage, and an en suite bathroom with vanity and walk-in shower. Bedroom 5 also has a private balcony (pool view). Bedroom 6 is the home's bunk room featuring 2 sets of custom-built queen over queen bunk beds, a large built-in closet system, and an en suite bathroom with double vanity and a shower/bathtub combination. There is a half bath, and laundry room with washer/dryer on this level.



Getting Around:

Perfectly located one block from all South Siesta's restaurants, entertainment, shopping, markets, marina, and more! This entertainment district is at the end of your street! But, even with this proximity, this grandfather oak lined street maintains a quiet and tranquil setting. It's the perfect mix of fun when you want it, and quiet when you need it. You're also a convenient walk or bike ride from the world-famous Siesta Key Beach (Beach Access 12), so a car is not needed! If you want to explore further, without the hassle of driving, you'll find multiple stops nearby for the free trolley that provides transportation service to the entirety of Siesta Key. You're also just a quick drive or Uber/Lyft to the mainland Sarasota area (5 minutes) and downtown Sarasota (20-25 min) for access to the Sarasota's Performing Arts scene, and numerous fantastic restaurants, shops, marinas, bars and entertainment, grocers, and more. And, day trips to Lido Key, Anna Maria Island, Venice Beach, Myakka State Park and so much more are all less than an hour away, as well as the amazing theme parks of Tampa and Orlando that are all just 1-2 hours away!

This Siesta Key luxury vacation rental features Smart TVs with cable and streaming services, as well as Free Wi-Fi throughout the property - including the outside areas for complete coverage for all your work or personal needs. TVs in all bedrooms.
