This unit has a small One Wall-style kitchen, equipped with a full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, electric stove and microwave, and is stocked with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus a coffee maker, can opener, toaster, blender, and basic cooking implements. The living room is furnished with a Queen sleeper sofa, one armchair, and flat screen TV; the dining table seats 6; a bonus room off the dining area is furnished with a Twin bed and trundle. A sliding door leads to a small balcony, which can offer a myriad of views ranging from courtyard and outdoor pool, parking lot, the Bouge Sound, or the Atlantic Ocean. A full bath (shower only) is located in the hall behind the kitchen. The private bedroom is furnished with a King bed and flat screen TV, plus offers a full bathroom. A coin and credit card operated laundry room is located on the first floor of the L building (cost is $2.00 each load to wash and dry).
