2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder 1. Stock Wohnung in A Place at the Beach III. 2 Einzelbetten mit einem ausziehbaren Einzelbett und einem Queensize-Bett im Hauptschlafzimmer. Schlafsofa mit einer Königinmatratze im Wohnzimmer. Die Anlage ist die beste am Strand mit einer 150-Fuß-Wasserrutsche, einem Innenpool, 2 Whirlpools, einem Minigolfplatz, einem Basketballplatz, einem Tennisplatz und einer Tischtennisplatte! Der Komplex verfügt auch über Gas- und Holzkohlegrills und einen Mini-Laden vor Ort

Meine Wohnung verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer und zwei Badezimmer. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett und ein eigenes Bad. Das zweite Schlafzimmer bietet zwei Einzelbetten mit einem ausziehbaren Doppelbett und einem Fernseher. Perfekt für Kinder. Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer ist ein Queen-Bett ausziehbar. Dieses Gerät bietet Platz für 6 Personen. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen Flachbild-HD-TV und kostenfreies WLAN. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Es gibt auch einen Essbereich, eine Bar mit Getränken, eine Waschmaschine, einen Trockner und einen Geschirrspüler.

Nice place at great resort

Can't beat a Place at the Beach with its pool, waterslide, and easy access to the beach. The condo is nice and the host (John) is very friendly and responsive. Staff at a Place at the Beach are/were friendly too. Would recommend staying here.

Weekend At The Beach

It was a very nice weekend at the property. Had one issue with getting into the place, but the owner was very helpful and able to work with me to get the issue resolved. Always love staying where the owner is so great. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone.

Great Time at A Place at the Beach

Very clean and charming condo. Close to several great restaurants. There is plenty for kids to do including Putt-Putt. basketball, corn hole and daily activities like making slime or tie dye. We had an awesome time.

We had a great stay here at the property. It was me, my wife, and three kids, aged 11,11 and 13. There was plenty for the kids to do on site place was clean and very quiet after 1030 at night will definitely stay again.

Great property

Our family of 4 with 2 small children stayed for a week. The condo was a good size and we loved the trundle beds for the kids. The appliances could use an update but we had everything we needed. The pools are amazing and the beach access was perfect. The grounds are well maintained and we really enjoyed being close to Beaufort and Moorehead. We'll definitely rent here again. It was perfect for the kids!

Warm, homelike feeling in this clean and well stocked condo. Close to the indoor pool that the grandkids love. Easy access to first floor unit via the ramp. We had no need to use the elevator, but could have if needed. It was nice having a washer and dryer for swim clothes and towels.

Spring Break Stay

Overall, the condo was nice. The main pool with the slide on the property was not operational and this was not disclosed to us prior to our stay. As one of the selling points, this was disappointing. The condo itself was nice enough. We did have an issue finding clean linens for all the beds (and we noted how many people would be in the condo so all beds should’ve been ready) including coming across sheets with big stains loaded in the linen cupboard. Overall, it was nice enough for our long weekend away.

A Few Days Away!

My family which consist of myself, my spouse, an 11 year son and a 14 year old daughter thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night, 5 day stay at A Place At the Beach. There were many things to do and see. Both the indoor and outdoor pools were nice. The kids really enjoyed the 150 water slide. They made lasting friends who we will keep in touch with going forward and hopefully visit same time, same place summer! They slept well at night! Jon was very easy to get in touch with and maintains a very clean and quaint atmosphere at his rental. Everyone wanted to spend a couple days more but unfortunately, all good things must come to and end! Thanks Jon and hope to visit again next summer! We happily rate your rental at 5 stars!

Needs a good cleaning

All communication with the property owner was friendly and fast—lovely experience. Check in as always was wonderful—APATB has the friendliest office staff, but this condo needed to be cleaned. The carpet was absolutely filthy, even considering it’s a beach condo, and the floorboards and air returns were also filthy. The closets were filled with bags of towels and sheets and therefore unusable. We did not have enough blankets to use the pullout couch, though I’d stated we would be using it. The owner was very nice and offered to compensate me for purchasing one,—and what else could he do? That was an adequate solution, but that didn’t help me when I discovered no blankets at 10 PM and needed to put kids to bed. (I ended up borrowing one from friends in the area.) The condo was very comfortable though, and the kitchen was well stocked enough to afford food preparation. In all, I have stayed at much cleaner condos at the same property for this price. If this condo just were cleaned up a bit, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Thank you for your feedback! We prefer that our guests let us know about any cleaning issues during their stay, instead of after their stay, so we can contact our cleaner to resolve immediately. This is the first cleaning complaint we’ve had this summer and I’ve addressed it with our cleaner. We will be cleaning the carpet and plan to replace the carpet with flooring in the off-season. The extra sheets and towels in the closest have been removed.
