Property was accurately represented. Had the amenities we wanted in the location we wanted. Enjoyed our stay. Only slightly hiccup was trash cans not picked up from previous renters, which attracted a bear resulting in mess in yard. My wife and I cleaned it up and reported to 360 Blue.

Everything with the house and management company was excellent. It did take us a minute to figure out how to park our boat in the driveway. The picture looked like there was more room than there actually was, but it did work perfectly. Our rig was a little long and took maneuveringGreat comfortable house!!

We loved! We stayed with our six kids ages 20 to 1 and there was fun for all ages. The layout of the place is really nice with the bedrooms in a hall away from the main kitchen, dinning and great room. We especially loved the large closets. The one in the master was so big, we tucked the pack n play away in the closet for more privacy. The kids really enjoyed the pool and the adults loved evening swims when all the babes were in bed. Short walk to the beach, we sometimes just drove our things the short bit since the littles were too little to make it. Salinas Park is in walking distance and if it’s not too hot, would have been awesome if we had our bikes as there is a bike path. Also have great pickle ball courts! The beach is laid back and we saw dolphins one day! If you have kids, also just a 30min drive to the free Apilochicola Estuarine nature reserve. Kids loved it. The bigger kids loved driving in to port st Joe for ice cream and shopping. Just a really neat part of the coast.

Stay for Daughter's wedding.

Very nice place to stay, very clean and beds were comfy. We stayed for our daughter's wedding and owner was very accommodating to our early check in request. Definitely would stay there again. Beautiful house, close to the beach and pool was nice also.

Super Clean Home

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. It was cozy and not too far from the beach. Our kids loved playing in the pool. This home was the cleanest vacation rental I have stayed at. It also had everything we needed, and we really appreciated the pantry space for storing groceries.

Beautiful Place

Great stay, easy to social distance in the neighborhood.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The home we exactly as shown in the pictures and well stocked. We loved the off the beaten path feel that we got from the neighborhood and the area in general. We will definitely be visiting again.

Very clean. The most well stocked home we’ve ever stayed in except for no kitchen hand towels or wash clothes. Loved the screened in porch & the pool. The walk to the beach was a little longer than I thought it was but it was ok. The beds were very comfortable. Loved that they had room darling curtains in the bedrooms. Great water pressure for taking showers. Over all it was VERY nice

Perfect vacation home

No complaints at all. The house is actually more amazing than the pictures show it to be. My wife and 6 kids loved everything about it. Would highly recommend and will definitely come back.

Upon arrival, we discovered that the sheets on every bed were disgustingly dirty. We had no choice but to wash all bed linens ourselves, which kept us up until 2:00 AM. This is unacceptable for a home advertised as cleaned and prepared for guests.The shower was also not cleaned. There was a used razor left inside, and other hygiene concerns were evident. In the living room, there are bottles under the couch that I refused to pick up, clearly indicating the home was not properly cleaned prior to our arrival. My children had to use the master bedroom shower because it had black and brown dirt all over the base. The pool area is in very poor condition. There was dried watermelon on the wall, and large pieces of watermelon had been thrown over the back fence. The pool itself is missing large pieces of tile, and the water was dirty. My daughter stepped on a large tile at the bottom of the pool, which I had to retrieve using a broken pool net. This raises serious safety concerns.Additionally, we have been stuck inside due to the weather, and the home has no functioning WiFi for streaming TV, which was advertised as an amenity. This further impacted our ability to enjoy the property.I booked this home in 2024 and was genuinely excited that it was available again for our selected dates. Unfortunately, the condition of the home upon arrival has been extremely disappointing, and all of these issues occurred within the first 24 hours of our stay.

Great!

We had a great time. We had some initial problems with the refrigerator and air conditioning. The property managers were there within an hour of our reporting the issue (on a Saturday!), and they followed up in person on Sunday as well. Management also offered to replace our groceries if necessary, but fortunately that was not needed. The master bedroom mattress was exceptionally comfortable; even the bunk bed mattresses were comfortable! We’d love to revisit in the future!

Really great house and location!

Our family loved our first vacation to Cape San Blas and this lovely rental house was such a big part of that wonderful experience. The location is wonderful and the neighborhood so quiet. The walk to the beach from the house was quick and easy. The beach was not crowded and clean. The house is laid out so well and stocked with so many amenities its impossible to rate it less than 5 stars. The ONLY criticisms we had were that it was not well cleaned the day we arrived. Under the beds in two of the bedrooms had Cheerios, empty grocery bags, a couple dirty socks, and just random food debris. (That was really our only cleanliness concern, but it did creep me out making me wonder where else they might have shortcut on cleanliness that I couldn’t see.) The grill was not functional when we got there but the rental company came out twice in the first couple days to get it going again. After that it was smooth sailing. Like I said, the rental was almost perfect, though the cleaning routine needs to improve so that renters feel the company is taking their cleanliness seriously in a Pandemic.

I would definitely book here again. The check in was easy. I received text before we were to arrive. It made everything go smoothly. The same is true for check out. The place is a short walk to the beach. The beach wasn't busy, so we could spread out and enjoy the ocean. It was perfect.It's a short car ride to St. Joe's Port(maybe 10 minutes). It's a cute little town with shops downtown. There's also a grocery store and CVS there.If you like going on a beach vacation where it isn't busy, commercialized, or heavy traffic, this is the place to go. We literally relaxed by the pool, in the enclosed porch, and at the beach the entire time. My family loved it!
