Outdoor living shines at Bay Beauty. Fire up the gas grill for a family cookout, gather around the wood-burning fire pit under the stars, or rinse off after a beach day in the hot and cold outdoor shower. The spacious screened-in porch offers a breezy, comfortable space to dine, relax, and take in the peaceful waterfront setting without interruption.


Inside, the thoughtfully designed kitchen is a dream for cooks and entertainers alike. It features a gas stove, two refrigerators, an additional prep sink, and both a Keurig and 12-cup coffee maker—perfect for fueling early mornings on the water. With two dedicated workstations, Bay Beauty also makes it easy to blend work with the newly installed Starlink internet and vacation when needed.

Best vacation ever!

This location is amazing. We had such a great time exploring the cape beaches and the bay. We used the pool and the kayak every day. The house was lovely and the view was spectacular. We hope to come back.

Had a wonderful vacation. The bay was super fun for the kids, lot of hermit crabs, sand dollars, and they got to see several stingrays. Beach was awesome but would help if the beach access had a little parking area. Definitely take a trip to the state park.

Didn't miss the beachside!

This house is amazing! If you're looking for peace and quiet, this is the place for you. The kitchen is very well equipped. The screened in pool was relaxing and kept the insects out. I would highly recommend.

Thank you for staying with us, Leigh. Unfortunately the hot tub suffered a major malfunction and is no longer operable. We are in the process of removing it from the home, and Bay Beauty will no longer feature a hot tub.

Great house, great location, great experience

We had a great family vacation here. Our kids really enjoyed playing on the dock out to the bay, fishing, and swimming in the pool. This is a perfect spot for anyone trying to get away during COVID-19. We loved the large family room and nice big kitchen. This is the vacation first house we stayed at with 2 full size refrigerators and a mini fridge! We would definitely go back.

Nice break from the surf

The house was very nicely appointed and had just about anything you needed. It was nice to have a view of the bay and a break from the beach. We spent a lot of time in the shallow bay and used a stand-up paddle board to get around. The rental shop is only a few doors down from the house and you can rent and paddle back to the house!

Perfect getaway

We (two families, four adults and four children total) had a great time in this beautiful and convenient property. The layout of the house allowed us to gather and enjoy food and entertainment, while enjoying privacy when needed. The heated swimming pool, while small, provided hours of fun for children (ages 11-16) during our stay. The boardwalk and very shallow ocean in the back of the house was perfect for a nature wander and observing wildlife. You can rent a kayak from a store down the street to go out further in the ocean. We also enjoyed the seafood market a few miles away, and the Nature Reserve up the street. Overall, it was a perfect getaway.

Great place

We had a wonderful stay at Bay Beauty! We had 4 adults and 5 kids, and probably could have slept another family. The kitchen is amazing. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub every day even though it was December. The bay access was great too - you can walk out into it for a good distance since it's so shallow. I bet scallop season is fun! The cabin next door had a plumbing problem so while they worked on it the water had to be shut off, but the owner let us know with plenty of time and was available for every little question we had. So: great property, helpful management, and a beautiful spot. We'll definitely be back!

Wow!!!

This was our first visit to Cape San Blas and we are sure to return next year! This home exceeded our expectations at every level! Talk about all the bells and whistles...this home was not only stunningly beautiful but there was every amenity from the wine fridge to the outdoor shower. There was so much room to move about and relax. We had a large multi-family group but the home never felt crowded! This is a must return rental! We were very pleased!!!

Awesome Experience

This vacation home has everything you will need. So much room for the whole family. Pool was so nice and you had the bay at the back door for kayaking and the beach just down the street. We did it all! Kept the kids (and adults) entertained the whole week! Weather was beautiful.....so much to do. The guys went fishing every day, the kids played in the pool and the whole family enjoyed the kayaking and the beach. The kitchen in this house has everything you can think of and it's so big that it's easy for a few of you to get in and prepare a meal at the same time. Love, love, loved it! We will be back for sure!!!! Nice restaurants near by. Very clean and well maintained.

So Relaxing!

absolutely beautiful home! fit all 9 of us perfectly we had 3 adults 2 newly high school graduate girls and 4 teen boys ages 13-15 i figured the boys to be board with us not being on the beach side, oh i was wrong! between the pool and the bay at low tide the boys entertained themselves . believe they stayed up till the wee hours of every morning to walk the bay and discover all the sea life with their flashlights and nets. the girls went shopping at all the boutiques throughout the week. and the beach was perfect! i have to say this was the quietest vacation I've ever had. very surprising considering there were 5 teenagers. cant wait to come back next year!

Fabulous for a Family

This home was amazing. It had everything we could want in a vacation rental (or home). First of all Bay Beauty is conveniently located on St. Joe Bay so the view of the bay is breathtaking while the beach is a short walk across the street or a drive down the cape. The owners graciously share their kayak as well as access to the pool, hot tub and pier that extends out into the bay. We even wadded out in the bay at high tide to fish and rented a paddle board and bikes a short walk down the road at Happy Ours. Bay Beauty itself is a jewel!! It has an open concept floor plan, is very clean and extremely well organized. There is ample seating for the whole family to gather at the table, in the den or screened in porch. The spacious kitchen has room for 3 or 4 cooks working at a time. We have been going to Port St. Joe and Cape San Blas for about 26 years now and this is definitely the place to stay. We hope to rent this home again next year!!

Location was beautiful- house gets very little sun as well as the pool area.

House was beautifully decorated- view to bay was amazing. Not included in the home beach towels. Also, this home is not stocked with any accoutrements ( dish soap, laundry soap, garbage bags etc) like other homes I’ve rented. Mold on shower curtain. Lots of raccoon scat on the decks which was very unsanitary. Also unlike other properties, many rules - strip beds ( bring to laundry room) and replace all bed linens, empty all trash, broom sweep entire house etc. AND check out by 10 am ? AND you pay a steep cleaning fee after doing all this !

Gosh I'm sorry that you were not completely happy with this home. We do state what items are included and not included in our rental agreement to make sure you know what to bring. As far as the shower curtain liner I keep a stock of these to replace regularly, wish you would have called and I would have sent housekeeping over to replace the liner. This home has lots of woods around it and nature, which is what brings people here. Unfortunately this comes with raccoons. We have actually been trapping and relocating raccoons a couple of times every season to try and cut back. Thanks for the feedback, we always strive for the best.

it is a very beautiful home , with a spectacular view. Very quiet and relaxing.

When first getting to the property I noticed a very narrow drive, NOT meant to pull a bigger boat down. This property is really kayak friendly, not boat friendly, no place to turn around, we have a 29ft boat and it was tricky to get turned around, but we did and docked at the nearby marina. ( so if bringing a boat plan docking at the marina) The home is wonderful, plenty of room, amenities galore, very clean, even a crib and high chair for litte ones. The hot tub was amazing, but the pool was smaller then the pictures make it seem, but we enjoyed it all the same, the grand babies LOVED it. When the tide is out the water is about ankle deep and you can walk forever seeing snails and crabs, very very cool. The first day we paddleboarded ( early morning when the tide is high) I saw a small shark, now that was exciting. We fished , caught some amberjack, contacted Two Bit Stables and went horseback riding on the beach ( no words just amazing) There are raccoons that love to visit so keep you stuff secure and they did poo on the porch so watch your step.. The sunrises and sunset are spectacular. Bring bug spray as there are yellow flies and no seeums they will get ya.. The Coastel Sunset restaurant right in Port St Joe is a must , the food and atmosphere are both out of this world. We went the the point between the bay and gulf , the water was breath taking, we hung out in the boat all day , paddle boarded and collected the biggest shells I've ever seen . It was a great vaca, at the store up the street the even serve draft beer!!! The only issue, and it's not really an issue, was not being able to dock boat at the house and there not being turn around room .. Other that that an A PLUS !

Amazing vacation house

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is amazing. We have stayed there two years in a row because it has such an enjoyable experience. You usually find vacation homes beaten up, but not the case here. It easily accommodates our group of 8, with room to spare. The location is convenient to Port St Joe as well as Cape San Blas proper. The kids were happy to catch small bass off of the dock and swim in the pool all day.

The view was gorgeous. Make sure you take bug spray. The yellow flies were horrible. A storm came through mid week and knocked out internet and tv capabilities. We reported the issue; however it was never fixed. One suggestion would be to purchase a broom for the house. We had to vacuum the tile floors daily which was very noisy for the littles.

Great place for a multi-family vacation

We loved this property with gorgeous views of the bay. The pool added extra fun on those days we didn't want to drive to the beach. Having rented vacation homes before on the gulf, our multi-family enjoyed this one because of the size, bathrooms, pool, and 2 refrigerators! Great place to stay - will definitely go back!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a good experience with this house and really loved the views. It could do with some more thorough cleaning here and there. I had to make a couple of requests for things to be cleaned and the pool heater to be turned on (we had paid for it to be on) and the property management company responded right away. The kitchen is huge and was great to cook in. It could use a few more utensils. We ended up buying our own cooking spoons because there were none. Overall it was a nice house and we enjoyed our stay.
