The downstairs level features the main living area with the kitchen, direct access to the back porch, and a king bedroom conveniently located across from a full bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The Upstairs area features 4 bedrooms (3 King, 1 Bunk) and two bathrooms as well as a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience. Enjoy access to the upstairs front porch from two of the King Bedrooms (one being the Master Suite).

Family-friendly extras include: 2 highchairs, pack & play, medium dog crate, and a rolling cooler — provided to make your stay simple and stress-free.

Parking & HOA Rules:
Please note that boat and trailer parking is not permitted anywhere within the Villa del Sol neighborhood per HOA regulations.
We have dedicated parking for up to 2 vehicles in front of the home, with overflow parking available across the street.

Wildlife Encounters:
Cape San Blas is truly a nature lover’s paradise. During your stay, you may spot deer grazing at dusk, osprey soaring overhead, and other local wildlife that bring a bit of coastal magic to your getaway.

House Access:
Guests have access to the entire home, including all decks, patios, and amenities. The only locked space is the owner’s closet located in one of the upstairs bedrooms.

Smoking:
Smoking of any kind is not allowed inside our home.

Pets:
We’re happy to host your pups! Our home is dog-friendly, and there is a $100 pet fee per dog. We allow up to 3 dogs, each under 70 lbs. If you’re traveling with a larger dog, just send us a quick message—we’re happy to review and pre-approve when possible.

Security Cameras:
For the safety and security of our home and guests, the property is equipped with two Ring cameras—one at the front door and one overlooking the rear exterior. These devices must remain connected, unobstructed, and untouched at all times.
Any form of tampering will result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation.

Travel Insurance Recommended:
We strongly encourage guests to purchase travel insurance to protect their vacation investment. This is especially important in coastal areas where unexpected events can occur. We follow all local guidelines and official directions when it comes to weather related events such as hurricanes and tropical storms. We will follow our cancellation policy unless there is an active evacuation order in place.

Rental Agreement & Verification:
A signed rental agreement is required within 48 hours of booking.
To book this home, the primary renter must be 23 years of age or older.

Security Hold:
A $500 off-platform security hold is required for your reservation. This hold will be scheduled 2 days prior to arrival and is released 2 days after checkout. Please note that access instructions are provided once the security hold is successfully confirmed, ensuring a smooth and seamless check-in experience.
