3 Bed/2 Bath North Cape San Blas Bay Front Home with Dock Access!!!
Welcome to Bay Watchin'! Secluded Bay Front home on North Cape San Blas with spectacular views of St. Joe Bay from the primary bedroom and living room/kitchen areas. The interior was recently completely renovated featuring all new kitchen appliances, cabinets, granite countertops, tiled bathrooms (showers and floors), bathroom vanities and new modern fixtures throughout.
Wake up and enjoy your coffee or breakfast on the large 2nd story deck overlooking the sunrise on St. Joe Bay. Enjoy the convenience of docking your bay style boat (water averages 2-3 feet at the end of the dock) at the end of 200 yard shared (with only 2 other homes) dock just feet from the channel. If you have a larger boat, there is plenty of parking at the house each night.
Love scallops?? You'll find a thriving scallop population right in Bay Watchin's back yard! The 2025 scallop season in Cape San Blas runs from August 16th - September 25th. You can scallop right from the dock and regularly harvest your limit!
Looking for pool access? Newly renovated Rish Park is only a 1.5 mile drive, walk, or bike ride away! See photos for Rish Park amenities that include a huge pool, nice restrooms/showers, and beach access to one of the best sections of beach on all of Cape San Blas.
The Cape San Blas bike path runs right past Bay Watchin's driveway making it even easier to bike or walk to some of the Capes best spots - Trading Post, Weber's Doughnuts, Ice cream shop, Peachy's (lunch only), Skully's and St Joe Shrimp Co.
Bay Watchin' is truly one of the best values in all of Cape San Blas!!
Additional amenities include washer/dryer in home, high speed wireless internet, 65" flatscreen smart TV in living room so you can log into your favorite TV apps.
Bedroom 1 - Primary Bedroom - King bed with large walk in closet. Sliding glass door leads onto the back deck with amazing views of St. Joe Bay. Smart TV.
Bedroom 2 - Queen bed with en suite private bathroom and a large closet. Smart TV.
Bedroom 3 - Small kids bunk room with closet
Additional Sleeping Option - (2) memory foam twin mattresses available in Queen bedroom closet for use on floor
Please note there is a studio apartment located under Bay Watchin’. The use of this apartment is NOT included with the rental of Bay Watchin’. This apartment will occasionally be occupied by family members or friends only and is not rented out.
Pets - maximum of two dogs allowed (each must be under 50 lbs.). The first dog will incur a $175 pet fee per stay. The second (if applicable) is an additional $100 per stay. Dogs must be leashed at all times while outside.
-Owner agrees to remove and properly dispose of all pet waste from the yard
-Aggressive dogs are not allowed on property
With all this I saved the best for last. You can still have bonfires (can you say oyster roasts?!?) on the beach and even ride horses with the local stables. This is definitely old Florida with beautiful sand and water as well as complete relaxation. You are going to LOVE IT!
