Savor gorgeous views of the Gulf waters and all the spectacular sunsets from your private balcony - accessible from the living area and primary bedroom. Dig your toes in the sand, splash in the waves, and stroll along the beach collecting seashells and memories. Bask in the Florida sunshine while you lounge beside the complex's heated pool, unwind in the on-site hot tub, or serve up some fun on the beach volleyball court.

Located on the sixth floor, this condo features a spacious, open floor plan with delightful ambiance. The modern kitchen is appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and helpful gadgets that include a Keurig, traditional coffee maker, and a crockpot. Share family-style meals at the six-person dining table.

A quiet beach community just south of Indian Rocks Beach, Indian Shores is a popular destination for snowbirds and seabirds that boasts an assortment of shops and restaurants. Just 19 blocks long, the area is known for its friendly atmosphere, panoramic beaches, great seafood, and tropical wildlife. It is home to the Seaside Seabird Sanctuary, one of the largest nonprofit bird hospitals in the U.S.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
